  • no matter what we do, we can never end this 100%, but we can do ours best to stop as much as possible, i cant do anything because im too young but more than many people i care, seeing these pictures made me think about life and who are we to remove lie from an animal more than the animal to us? we complaining about animal killing us is 100% bull, when all animals would want to do is cry out to us, but all we do is ignore them and let this continue.

  • true story

  • Is the book-thing at 0:33 real?

  • @BeckyRLiddell Yes: I believe the National Institutes of Health (USA) has removed that link targeting children from their website due to public complaints a few years ago:

  • @hippygirl1975 Sorry, I just noticed this comment pending approval, never got a message from yt about it. Thanks!

  • Well I'm not for animal testing but this doesn't really show anything. You have made presumptions without any real evidence and you cant deny that animal testing has had NO benefits because that would be an out right lie and in my opinion animal testing in some cases is the best option. Now go on call me an idiot or heartless. Also this is amazingly biassed. Just saying.

  • @SuperGaarasand I have tons of valid evidence in my profile, other videos, and yeah I'm biased, biased against lowdown fucking disgusting heartless ignorant fake "humans." Even if animal research applied to humans directly and didn't only pave the way to human experiments, it would still be undeniably wrong for human beings to treat any other creature this way. Pavlov found "benefits" by also torturing orphan children, and people are killed by animal tested drugs every day, just 2 examples.

  • @1221solstice2012 yes but the people killed will be due to other factors not that the drug was dangerous and HIV drugs rely on animal testing due to the fact that other methods arent advanced enough. I will presume that you are a vegetarian and i think that animal testing for cosmetics is a bad thing. I also believe that high density chicken coops are very immoral but medical testings has certainly saved thousands if not millions of lives.

  • @SuperGaarasand Stop that disgusting nonsense, it's all propaganda shoved down the throats of the public by the vivisection industry since it began in the Dark Ages where it should have stayed and its proponents should have been executed by firing squads. No more of this stuff will be approved so don't bother typing here, do it on your own page, I've no time for this, thanks, bye-bye.

  • @titteringfiend1 That's a lie, stop believing industry propaganda. People live longer because of better hygiene, better nutrition, and effective infection fighting drugs, all thanks to human studies, observance of human life, real medical science (human based), and common sense; none of it thanks to animal research, which is wrong on all counts, it only drags down the morality and ethics of our species into the gutter.

  • @YeahWhatHappened182 Thank you! If there's justice after the end, which I believe in, these people will be experimented on, equalling ALL the suffering they deliberately inflicted on helpless/harmless/innocent victims.

  • I lke Jesu because He was kind to all animals. I wjish he was still alive today.

  • Animal rescuers are the real heroes, not the people doing the 'research'. The 'researchers' are killing defenceless, speechless animals. Animal rescuers are saving these animals and going up against humans. Who has it toughest? Who is doing the right thing?

  • This video is.. well.. ridiculous.

  • @iCam8404 Could this be a .. well.. white-coat welfare recipient? Reap what you sow... yes you will.

  • Where did Jesus ever say this? If you can specifically quote the Bible or any other authoritative book, please do so.

  • @abelhassen I'm not religious so don't consider any bible authoritative, except where they teach compassion for ALL life...anything less is subhuman, imo. Search truthorheresy. com/nothing-but-the-blood (delete space) and search for 3:16 in there. There are some other cited quotes in my channel profile, but not from the conventional revised bible, so you probably won't consider them "authoritative."

  • we are anonymous. we are legion. we do not forget. we do not forgive. expect us.

  • Every asshole who does this need to be made to watch this done to his/her kids, even forced to participate. While this is occurring they should be housed as they have housed the animals they tortured, no water. They will be told from the start that as soon as their last remaining loved one is dead that they will go through the process themselves. This should be done to everyone and their family members who profit from this also. Exterminate the people doing this and their offspring.

  • @theraviolicat2 Sorry this wasn't approved till now...I never got the notification this was pending in here! Friends comments aren't pending approval. ...Btw, often family members are totally opposed to what their relative is doing and have no say in the matter, and innocent kids shouldn't suffer for the sins of their parents, but I understand your anger.

  • love the vid hate the torturers.

  • @gradeahomiee Thank you, it was my very first vid.

  • Anyone else jerk off to this video?

  • Animal torture is extremely disgusting and crucial and f*ckingly sad. I feel really bad that these poor living souls have to tolerate through f*cking heartless humans that enjoy f*cking with their lives. Wonder how some of these scientists that carry out these experiments would feel if they had their skin peeled slowly apart and intestines gutted out while they're still alive and feeling the f*cking pain. Such a sad story it is. Hate that I f*cking eat from McDonalds.

  • thanks

  • @secondbible :-) (real love is always right)

  • If you make a drug that's effective against HIV, sometimes it works against SIV and sometimes it doesn't. So that basically devalues SIV as an animal model for doing experiments involved with developing drugs…The slight problem (with using monkeys as an animal model for AIDS in humans) is the monkeys don't go on to develop AIDS, they don't get sick. The great majority of perinatal toxicological studies seem to be intended to convey medico-legal protection to the pharmaceutical houses and political protection to the official regulatory bodies, rather than produce information that might be of value in human therapeutics. • Where did you find the picture of "The Lucky Puppy" pamphlet?

  • @Duvmasta The NIH has all sorts of twisted propaganda meant to brainwash little kids regarding animal "research." That one I got from: kinshipcircle. wordpress. com/2009/02/01/kids-book-teaches-distorted-view-of-animal-testing/ (delete spaces)

  • are these animals not anesthesized and what is the reason why they do it on live animals?

  • @dromycatcher No, often they are only immobilized with paralytic drugs or otherwise restrained. You'd have to go back to the Dark Ages and ask the psychotic innovators of animal research why they used any animals, alive or dead, as models for human beings. Better yet, look to the insane bible and their animal and human "sacrifice" obsession. which explains a lot, as well as human greed and the force of bad habits. Please see my other video on this, and my profile for more info if you want.

  • Saddest thing about this is that people are so quick to accept it as inevitable. People always say 'Oh well we have to do it.' and seem to assume that it's totally impossible to make progress and move away from barbaric stuff like vivisection. If people just accept it as an inevitability and don't pressure for better ways to run tests, such as cell cultures or computer simulations, it will carry on.

  • @MaskofHexadecimal Thanks. The "lab animal" supply industry is a big business, so physician groups like PCRM. org have a hard time getting the industry to accept replacements for the insane practice of using animals. This practice came from the Dark Ages and should have ended back there. We'd be so much further advanced in human health by now. TraumaMan has replaced animals for trauma training in all but about 5% of those schools now. Here's hoping all animal labs are phased out, and soon.

  • i really want to become an animal rescuer. any info on organisations?

  • @droopy512 In Southern California there's a good group of stray animal rescuers, youtube channel is eldad75, and in the Southern US (not sure what state) there's aplacetobark (youtube channel). In the New York area there's Rescue Ink, but they're tough guys and deal with some dangerous cases of abuse. There's a yt video called "Rescue Ink Interview On Ellen Show 09/29/2009." Or you can train to be a humane officer in your area and be one of the good ones who actually cares about animals. Thanks!

  • Hey, what's with all the increased views and comments in the last couple days? This was my first video, I'm not crazy about it, and all of a sudden it got almost 2,000 more views in 2 days from something called ranker.com. Anyone know what ranker.com is? (I expect my question to be ignored, lol)

  • @1221solstice2012 Ranker (dot) com is just a blog and your video was on a post about the top 10 most discusting government experiments. The ranker article was featured on 2leep (dot) com which is a very popular blog network. This is why you have had so many views in the last couple of days. I found your video via Ranker which i found via 2leep. so i am guessing that most people have to.

  • @channelyourvoice Thank you! You're so kind to share that info. I was afraid it was on some "worst videos" list or something. Maybe things aren't as bad as I think :-)

  • @1221solstice2012 I found your article in a hyperlink at this address

ranker.com/list/the-13-most-evil-u-s-government-experiments-on-humans/robert-wabash and I got to that website from a link on "The Great Awakening" 's facebook group status update

  • @bluenick305 Thank you! Such nice people come from that site :-)

  • @1221solstice2012, I 'll tell you why. An article about the 13 worst crimes against humanity was on Facebook. Do doubt. Japanese Dr. Ishii who carried out violent human experim entation of tens of thousands during the Second Sino-Japenses War and World War II.

Ishii was responsible for testing vivisection techniques without any anesthesia on human prisoners. So your vid was used as an example on vivisection in the article. I knew this was going on but most don't when they buy food or products.

  • @zenman44 Thank you. Obviously, those who can treat any living, sensitive creature in such a way are capable of treating other helpless people that way, no that all do of course, but the capability is there. People have propagated this by accepting these customs. It's long past the time to say: NO, this is totally unacceptable, we will no longer partake in this.

  • @1221solstice2012, thank you for your videos and bringing light to this horrible but necessary to expose subject. People just need to boycott the fur companies and not buy them. But, it's usually the rich who do. I agree the best thing is to expose these crimes to more people and thanks to the Internet info moves fast. Like what happened to you views lol. Great to meet you and I'm glad to be friends!

  • @zenman44 ❤ thanks!

  • @zenman44 *not* that all do (typo)

  • i want to be come an animal rescuer!!!!

  • @droopy512 Thank you!

  • I am glad it mentions what Jesus says. How there should be no more sacrifices.Unfortunately most cling to the bible as an excuse for the killing. They are all selfish and it will be true to the word, they will reap what they have sown.

  • @illuminaticonnection Thank you, I absolutely love that part: Reap what you have sown. It says it ALL, and I'm not a bible follower, nor religious. Conventional christians will of course say that quote from Jesus is from an illegitimate text, that THEY know the real story. Sickening.

  • @illuminaticonnection uh, i think jesus meant sacrifices to the GODS... not in general. the bible says animals are here for food as well.

  • @aaron71 Animals "here for us" = self-serving nonsense. WE are here to love & cherish LIFE and morally improve, instead we stupidly do the opposite, with "holy books" as a guide. The old testament, supposedly "God's word," is full of contradictions, brutality & horrors, written by self-serving madmen.

"Sacrifice does not mean the rejection of the evil for the sake of the good, but rejection of the good for the sake of the evil." -Ayn Rand

People will reap what they have sown.

    The evil will die.

  • @1221solstice2012 lol... if you people think evil will die off, you ain't seen nothin yet >:)

  • @aaron71 It will die...it's why people are here as individuals, to pinpoint where evil is at. After death, evil souls only suffer and die, whether "saved by Jesus" (lol) or not.

  • @aaron71 I meant after *physical* death, evil souls only suffer & die.

  • @1221solstice2012

So first you quote Jesus, then you dismiss "holy books" as full of contradictions? Seems to me you're dancing only to the tunes you like.

Anyhow, we, as a race, don't have a mission to save and cherish life, improve our morality or anything of the like. There is no book, no rules and no contracts, except if you personally chose to follow a moral code, but no one else is obliged to do the same. NO ONE!

  • @PsYychH0 One can quote books without necessarily believing the religion. That quote in the vid was from an esoteric text that conventional christians don’t like. It’d be interesting to know how you’re so very certain that there’s no real reason for people to be GOOD versus evil, no obligation, no purpose for life here...just a big, bizarre accident.

  • @1221solstice2012

Why would you put an esoteric text ahead of any other text? And why haven't you specified that it's not actually a quote from "Bible Jesus" but a quote from "esoteric Jesus"? Quite misleading.

You're asking me how I'm certain there's no real reason for people to act in a way or another?

How about you prove first that there is a reason? What obliges me to adhere to your moral code?

Ahyhow, I appreciate that you published the comment, shows you're not too stuck in your beliefs.

  • @PsYychH0 The source of the quote is right there: "Jesus, cited from Epiphanius, Panarion 3:16." Nothing misleading, just google it. No point in arguing about morality. If only for the sake of our own children or loved ones, we need to love and respect all life. Human cruelty only degrades our species. This is not just an accident here. Love is our most important goal. You weren't vulgar or insane, so of course I approved your comment.

  • @1221solstice2012

Oh yeah hehe, it does say that, still, for one not too well versed in the Bible, like me, it's rather confusing. But, you obviously did mention the source properly.

On the matter of morality, well, not all people have (or want) kids. And not all people love someone, for various reasons. In fact, a good percentage are just roleplaying through their entire lives, conforming to values that they don't like.

  • @1221solstice2012

And oh, human cruelty, well, just look who's been at war for the entire history, non-stop, killing in the name of... anything, from religion and resources to women and tea.

Oddly enough, war also brought advance in science, from medicine to the Moon landings, all humanity owes to war, thus making us the very offspring of brutality.

  • @PsYychH0 Valid points. I believe humanity was screwed up by its source, whatever it is. We're trying to unscrew it.

I live for love, nothing makes me happier. Even if it's love for animals or nature or the solar system, etc., everyone needs to love something, and be loved. It heals you. And there are always other ways to do things, so we could have instead been the offspring of peace & kindness. Our world would be much better then.

Things that are done to babies at times should be unimaginable.

  • id only just come out of prison three months before and my boss new everything about me when i applied for the job.he respected me and my views and i respected him for giving me a job.i wouldnt do anything to disrepect him. he was very angry at hls and told them so,telling mcloud noway is he getting my name will be notifying the police of this iciedent, the company will no longer be delivering to hls on my behalf.i cant go back to the prison cage i know how the animals feel trapped and alone.

  • i got back to the office to be greeted by my controllers questions , did anything happen while you where there.... no why.. the boss is waiting for you he wants to see you..i sat down and had to explain every detail of my so called visit to that place. i became very aware of something;;;; my boss said mr mcloud, head of security called and wants to know who you are where you live and wants to have you arrested. are you telling me everything said my boss. i told him what ive written to you.

  • @jennyfalkenstein How dare they treat you like that! They'll all be the ones "arrested" once everything is made right, when there's a new Sheriff in town. Meaning once the good forces in the Universe finally decide it's time for "humanity" to be stopped, things won't be all wrong and ass backwards like they are now. I have to believe this, or go insane. Thanks for sharing your story. The scum didn't arrest you, did they?

  • when i phoned the office i was like a possesed demon, in a low angrey wispering i growlled at my controller haow dare you send me to a place like this you know full well how i feel about animals. i left the building in tears .got on my bike and went to the gate to leave. the guard stopped me to ask if i was ok and i of course said yes .he questioned me for 20 mins before he let me go.floods of tears. pouring with rain and very windy ,driving back to the office.

  • @jennyfalkenstein I feel for you. I would break down too, seriously. It is the 2nd worst of living nightmares to be a member of this disgusting species that complacently accepts these practices. The worst of living nightmares is to be stuck in those cages, in those "labs" with monsters in attendance. People will get it all back.

  • many years ago i was a courier traveling all over on my bike..... i delivered to huntingdon. ive never been the the same. my experience was so mild of this place compared to those who fight the cause but left me scared for life knowing i had entered this place. never thought of the dogs, barking except guard dogs until i drove down the road, as i looked in the window i saw rows and rows of cages.as i entered the building it became quite clear where i was. i reported in and phoned the office.

  • @jennyfalkenstein Yes, "humanity's" evil and dementia know no bounds. We will all reap what we've sown...nothing else makes sense for human life here. The vivisectors should be very, very frightened, but their egotism and arrogance stand in the way.

  • this may have been said already but Jesus cleansed the temple because people were making a profit off of the animal sacrifices ... not because animals were being sacrificed . so altho i agree that animal testing is wrong i dont agree with your misusing something in the bible to make it seem like some religous crusade

  • @MacchusNC I'm glad you're against animal testing. I'm not christian or religious. As I said to someone else on another vid: As far as what the bible says, I have zero faith, except for when it is based in real love and compassion for others, including animals, but unfortunately you have to go to esoteric texts like the Gospel of the Holy Twelve for that, which conventional christians say is illegitimate.

  • heartbreaking! :(

  • @patrickjaden Yeah, that's what "humanity" is best at: breaking hearts and ruining the lives of others. Thanks for being one of the good ones.

  • don't you just hate sites that only post what they deem prudent?

  • and also if were killing cats and dogs by the millions in shelters and pounds, were might as well package them up and send them over seas where people are starving

  • @katosteen Hey, what about all the aborted fetuses and dead people? Think of all that good nutrition going to waste. Starving people need grain, nuts, vegetables and fruit...clean, healthy, efficient nutrition, not corpses. Your way of thinking is sick.

  • alot of you might find this comment cruel, but thanks to primate studies involving spinal cord injuries my cat can walk again, straight out of my vets mouth, that i had science to thank for her recovery, now i disagree with dogs and cats being used in experiments, only because i view them as pets, but monkeys,do you all know what kinda diseases they carry?mice, rats, give me a break,

  • @katosteen Oh, so if your vet says something it becomes "gospel"truth? My vet says just the opposite, that only cat data applies to cats, dog data to dogs, human data to humans, and so on. As far as diseases "carried" by monkeys, mice, rats, if only they would actually carry something that would wipe out much of the human race, the rotten part...this world could be a paradise. That's just an excuse you people like to use for caging, abusing, killing animals, for ruining their lives. It is a lie.

  • @katosteen Shut up. Please, you do not understand how stupid you sound.

  • “Are there alternatives to vivisection? Of course not. There are no alternatives to vivisection because any method intended to replace it should have the same qualities; but it is hard to find anything in biomedical research that is, and always was, more deceptive and misleading than vivisection. • Please watch our video: Big Pharma - Big Fraud

  • im sorry but animals livin in metal cages DO NOT live good lives. u take these animals away from their natural habitat, cut them up and basically torture them. u can obviously see these animals are terrified.

  • @loz0127 Animals used in research are bred in captivity. Metal cages are their natural habitat. Researchers don't just go and catch a mouse from a field, poison it and then cut it up.

  • @nicmalauren That's a hell of a lot of ignorance. Animals are taken from the wild, from breeding facilities, even some animal shelters, and so on, to be used in fraudulent sadistic "research." According to you an animal born caged deserves therefore to live in a cage and be experimented on? If you like animal research, why not try some TGN1412 etc. (the list is endless), tested safe in animals, then get back to us, if you can. Vivisection is an evil fraud. Get out of here with your sick excuses.

  • @1221solstice2012 You might want to take the log out of your own eye before you try to remove the speck from someone elses. You have no right to call me ignorant when you are being equally so concerning the other side of the story. Just because you have seen some bad vivisection practices it does not mean that they are all carried out in the same way. Strict laws govern how all animal research is carried out - one of the rules being that it can only be performed when there is no alternative.

  • @nicmalauren Hellishly ignorant or even worse: knowledgeable and in the business and appealing to people's selfishness, denial and ignorance. You sound like a government PR propagandist. I have no tolerance for vivisectionist excuse makers. Take that stuff somewhere else.

  • @1221solstice2012 Given the time, expense and care involved in animal research, it is unfair for you to make out that those involved are nothing more than sadistic human beings who enjoy torture. You claim to have studied vivisection for 25 years, therefore should know better. If all vivisection is really that horrific, why would you continue with it for that amount of time?! Stop generalizing and being so hypocritical.

  • @nicmalauren The undercover footage shows the truth about vivisection...it is pure evil. Not to mention fraudulent. In just one case of many, TGN1412 was tested safe & effective in many animal species including monkeys. The first 6 people given just one dose had their health devastated and nearly died. The only valid & ethical test subject for man is man. And you inferred that I did animal research because I said I've studied vivisection for 25 years? Um, no. An un'washed' brain is a good brain.

  • @1221solstice2012 If you have only studied as opposed to participated in animal research, I can only conclude that your view on the matter is based on a small percentage of the overall picture. You therefore have a view based on ignorance - if you were present at an actual vivisection you would see that, like the majority, it is done in such a way that causes minimal or no stress to the animal involved. Cases such as TGN1412 are rare, and the sucesses far outweigh the failures.

  • @nicmalauren I know what you are now. The only way I'd willingly be present at "a vivisection" would be with a machine gun. All one needs to oppose vivisection are a brain and a heart and a real job that doesn't involve experimenting on imprisoned animals to pull in grants year after year to idiotically apply the results to a DIFFERENT SPECIES. Animal research is evil and a self-perpetuating FRAUD. Any more of these comments won't be approved because I'm sick of this, so don't waste your typing.

  • @1221solstice2012 There are many identical regions of the genome between species, and these are the parts that are targeted during animal research. It's a shame that you have decided not approve any more comments, as that just makes it seem as if you you know I'm right and have no further justification behind your argument. Which, quite frankly, doesn't suprise me as you are clearly misguided.

  • @nicmalauren "Misguided"...haha! There are some links in my profile re: animal research. In 2006 Vioxx tested safe and heart protective in animals and gave people heart attacks and heart damage. The HUMAN study that predicted the human risk was criminally falsified to market the drug. One drug alone killed 140,000 people and damaged 320,000. It looks like those "identical regions" in animals aren't corresponding very well. Stop this now. I don't have the time to deal with your industry's PR BS.

  • This should immediately stop these horrific animal tests !!

It is shocking how these animals suffer, they will not even get anesthesia !!

I have seen a lot of undercover lab-videos they are so cruel and shocking,

I hate all those lab-human who do these tests on poor helpless animals !!

Every day these animals suffer for their lifetime, they are tortured, beaten, ,burned, poisoned and a lot of more cruelty tests they undergo !!!!!!

This is so shocking, only people are so cruel to do this !!

  • This makes me sick! In 2010 we are still go backward and arrogant. I am getting so sick of humanity.

    I don't know if it's true, I'm not religious.

  • Are you more qualified than me, just becouse you have seen some youtube vids, signed a couple of petitions based on what you have seen on a peta video, wich clearely a deisned to stir op imotions. I would be lying if i said that i didnt think that what the animals in this vid whas treated cruel. but i know better, when have you become the vet who can say that the dog isnt subdated ? often local anesthesia used instead of general as general anestethesia isn't healthy to get put through often.

  • You're corrupted by the industry you work in. I've studied vivisection for 25 years, so I am qualified. Anesthesia shouldn't even be an issue because the animals should not be there at all. Have you ever recovered from surgery? Very painful, even on pain pills. And these animals do not need surgery; this is fabricated unscientific "research" done to pull in grants. The only thing it's certain to accomplish is sending all the perpetrators to Hell.

Medicine should only heal...FIRST, DO NO HARM.

  • keith mann, UK ALF, got 18 years for setting fire to EMPTY meat lorries. paedophiles get a quarter of that, as do rapists and murderers! keith mann was not a dangerous terrorist, i worked at the same animal sanctuary he was arrested at, i arrived about a month later so i know people who knew him closely. the tories said he was a very dangerous individual, hell, they said the same to me when they raided my fucking house a few months later! IMBECILES!!!!!

  • please note! an anaesthetised dog does not need to be MUZZLED!!! that dog who underwent MILITARY EXPERIMENTS (how evil is that??? who the hell can justify this atrocity???) is not anaesthetised in any way! look at his eyes! the sick bastards IMMOBILISED him, yes, the vivisectors' secret, do not waste anaesthetic when you can immobilise the poor animal. i wish death upon these evil people, they hinder evolution!

  • How many of you have actually bin to a test lab ? I work at one as a zookeeper.

I absulutely hate all of theese youtube wannabe greenpeace users. makes all kind of vids to make the industry and the people in it look bad. It is verry easy to show pic's of animals cut open, or restrained animals. Without explaining the couse of the experiment.

I make sure the animals at the lab i take care of live good lives. But in the end, rather them, than me ..

  • "In the end, rather them than you," to "live a good life" you say? How ironic. Life in a cage as a test subject is a nightmarish existence and you know it. Why hate people for being against it? Animals are not our scientific models, as shown undeniably by Vioxx and countless other drugs. This is the 21st century, not the Dark Ages...it's long past the time to stop vivisection...it never should have begun, and we undoubtedly would be far more advanced now, especially ethically, if it hadn't.

  • the last sentence of your comment reveals a LOT more than you realise! "rather them, than me ..." i do not agree, to be vivisected is your KARMA. btw, there is enough undercover footage from vivisection labs that one does not need to enter one to experience the true HORRORS cos, thanks to ALF and other brave activists, we already have the evidence! btw, you're not qualified or experienced to comment on an animal's capacity to suffer!

  • @killmefast666 You're disgusting, you honestly are!

  • it's nice to see someone trying to make a difference, even if it's just a video on youtube. great video. people really need to be inforned of this nasty bullshit.. there are worse things than death...especially TORTURE.

  • So much of this video is an appeal to the emotions of the viewer.

Anyone can string together shocking photos and make pleas to the emotional sensibilities of the viewer, alongside assertions of fact without impartial substantition.

Where can I go to learn the facts behind the work carried out in research facilities so I can make an objective judgement about the propensity of cruelty versus the utility of the outcome?

  • Nothing wrong with emotions or appealing to them honestly. My other anti-vivisection vid deals with the scientific debate. In my channel profile are some examples of the failure of animal testing. Theres a series of vids starting with Bad medicine 1/5 - The human cost of animal experiments, but theyre anti-viv so youll probably say theyre biased. But why should we be impartial or give the other side when the media does that regularly? The utility of the outcome? ...We reap what we sow...

  • i voted already!!

  • Thank you! The vivisectors had their own voting campaign going on and got it to over 70% on their side (I saw the website where they were bragging about it), but it has come back to closer to 50/50 thanks to people like you. :-)

  • I hope your "celebrate and protect life" zeal applies to the unborn babies which are real, human, innocent as a baby kitten, and full of life! After all, your title to this is in part,Crimes against ALL life. Thanks for the opportunity to post here.

  • Im naturally against all forms of human cruelty. I concentrate on animals because theyre without real protection, so are hideously abused/tortured/killed legally and illegally. Why would anyone support people who can do such things? The psyche that can do such things to animals may well go on to torture/kill people, given the right opportunity (e.g., some of the sick, evil acts caught by nanny cams). Abortion is part of the same sickness. I hope your compassion applies to animal victims too.

  • im done in voting..no to animal rsearch..5stars for this well done propaganda..

  • Thanks, jhujo, and for voting in the LA Times poll too!

  • I'm with you on this 100%.

    I'm a vegetarian too, since i was 11. i'm 12 now.

    Killing an animal is cruel.

just like if we wouldn't do it to humans,

    the why animals?

  • Thanks! Be sure you eat enough and eat healthy. See my channel profile if you need some info about animal testing.

  • I do. :)

    okay.

  • 1.Animals senses are much stronger than ours; smell, sight, the sensitivity of skin, hearing. Science has proven their nerve system is much sharper than ours. Animals who are abused, or situations where fellow animals are slaughtered and when they are forced to watch it, experience this as intense or maybe more intense than we do.

  • Thoughtful and emotive video. Most people don't realize that if a "scientist" receives a million dollar grant, roughly half goes straight to the university or facility he's working at. And that facility can spend the money on anything they wish: new pool tables for the faculty lounge or decorative plants for the chancellor's office. All in the name of misleading research! So sad .......

  • My daughter almost died of a head injury in 1988. The hospital strapped her onto her back, turned out the lights and told me to go home. This was shortly after Phil Donahue had aired the horrific brain trauma experiments on monkeys. I guess the doctors hadn't read the experiment results. I refused to leave my daughter. Sure enough, she vomited while strapped on her back. I knew that then that the lives of those monkeys has been taken for no damn reason and that vivisection is ALWAYS WRONG.

  • Thanks, askalice50. It's sad when we can't trust medical professionals who lack the compassion & good sense to properly care for us. I'm glad you saved your daughter.

Information obtained in animal labs is hit-or-miss. For example, even when drugs kill some "lab animals," they are still tested in people.

Human data is scientifically valid for humans, and we have plenty of past experience treating injuries and plenty of ways to study people without abusing them.

  • Its beyond my understanding that these awful experiments are still being practiced. I truly hate these so called doctors / scientists.

  • MelCoyle: It goes on because the vast majority of people have always believed the propaganda. That's why we need to spread the word, and with the right information: It's not "animal rights" vs. human health, but bad science vs. good science.

  • To journeyman 47 - You can read both online - just search "Slaughter of the Innocent by Hans Ruesch", and search "Vivisection or Science, A Choice to Make" by Dr. Pietro Croce. There are a lot of other good ones, too. Might look up "1000 Doctors (and more) by Hans Ruesch."

  • Great! Thanks for the info; I'll check it out.

    Keep spreading the word!

  • Yale professor Marina Picciotto addicts monkeys to liquid nicotine mixed with kool-aid as a sole source of fluid, with the amount of nicotine ingested by one monkey equivalent to smoking 17 packs of cigarettes per day -- for what? To determine how long it takes for nicotine to damage the brain.

While she cages and drugs monkeys, other less self-involved researchers are using MRIs to take brain images of human smokers that provide the same information.

  • I can't believe they STILL do those stupid, wasteful, tired old experiments. What a bunch of lazy, cruel morons! And what a waste of our money.

Will no one shut them down?

  • Of all the wasteful experiments conducted on animals under the guise of medical research, the addiction studies are the most disgusting! OUR tax dollars are paying to addict pregnant monkeys to cigarettes, heroine, cocaine, and alcohol to study the effects of such intoxicants upon the unborn fetus.

We ALREADY know the adverse effects. These repetitive, wasteful experiments serve no good purpose to human beings!

  • Animal experimentation is a fraud that serves merely to line the pockets of researchers living off of the taxpayer-funded NIH 29 million dollar-a-year dole!

Removing the heart from a greyhound dog and replacing it with the heart of another greyhound dog is not a medical credential for opening a human chest cavity and performing cardiac surgery. Period!

Humane alternatives are being used in 180 medical training facilities, who exclusively use the TraumaMan System in their program.

  • CD~ Excellent comments. Thanks for spreading that important info.

    Cheers!

  • Thank you! PCRM(dot)org does amazing work, with the help of the public.

  • 1221, the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine is a stellar group!

It's because of them that the American College of Surgeons approved human simulators TraumaMan and SimMan as alternatives to live animals in medical schools.

PCRM exposed Michigan University's despicable use of shelter animals in their live dog labs and shut them down!

Gratuitous cruelty is using shelter pets to teach a trauma course that is otherwise being taught all over the country using human simulators.

  • You're so right CDLver; and just think how much sooner TraumaMan, etc., would have been developed and perfected if it weren't for the stubborn reliance on invalid animal models holding everything back.

  • Speaking of stubborn reliance upon animal models, the NIH continues to fund AIDS testing on Chimpanzees despite the fact that they do NOT develop AIDS, even when infected with HIV. 2 decades of research wasted!

Because the chimp is our closets genetic kin, researchers thought he'd be an ideal animal model to understand the progression from HIV infection to AIDS and in the development of treatments and vaccines. They were wrong. The chimp has never developed AIDS.

  • Awesome video my friend. We all must speak out against this atrocity they call research. Killers each and every one of them. I'm sending this along. Thankyou so much.

  • Thanks for the tip on this vid. Spread the word!

  • Your welcome my friend and I sure will spread the word.

  • Thank you, my dear friend. (Aren't we going to get any arguments in here??)

  • Ha!!!, just give it time. I'm sure you will eventually. I have a lab video up to and it took awhile before the haters came by. So they will my friend. They sure will.

  • Excellent. Anyone who believes that vivisection (the liars call it "animal research") saves human lives needs to read "Slaughter of The Innocent" by medical editor and historian Hans Ruesch, and "Vivisection or Science: A Choice to Make" by Pietro Croce, M.D.

  • Thanks for the tips. Are those books, or papers that I might find online?

  • journeyman: I'll send you some links in a pm. Thanks for your support. Anti-vivisection FTW!

  • I replied on the comments page - they can be read on line

  • Thank you all very much for your very kind comments and support. The compassionate truth must prevail.

  • Thank you, 1221solstice2012 , for the link on the side bar. Got it!

  • Splendid video my dear friend!!! These awareness videos are of extreme importance!!! I honestly do not see the point of these lab experiments!!! Thankyou for sharing with me!!!

  • Thank you for sharing this with me 1221solstice2012..

I have a very hard time watching this... Really hard... But it's something we need to see, to see the ruthless barbaric practises done on these animals, so we can put a STOP to it!

  • people always ask me if i like human more than animals......

and videos like this make it always hard to answer..........thanks for showing us the truth

  • "There are only two categories of doctors and scientists who are not opposed to vivisection: those who dont know enough about it, and those who make money from it. Vivisection is barbaric, useless, and a hindrance to scientific progress''.

--Dr. Werner Hartinger, M.D., German surgeon--
