It sounded like "Charline, May I?" at the end to me. Yes, they got high off of some weird drug. It looked like a mature version of a book club, only with drugs. All women there, none seemed to be taking it as hardly as that one in the white, so I'm guessing it was her first time. I think the video was about frustration & determination. She felt embarrassed about being there but was having fun. Of course this is only my opinion, everyone is entitled to one. Post yours! :)
