but at the time remaining funny is so well done and unexpected that it is a real shame that it has been overlooked as most people going into it were just looking for another dumb teen comedy style movie which although funny, are nowhere near as interesting as this movie which means it'll get poor reviews and ignored by a large market as it seems to have advertised itself as that kind of teen comedy when it's actually much darker and smarter. DEFINATELY see this but watch with an open mind

Yes the advertising was slightly misleading and you may have thought you were going into another semi-funny filler movie like Zack and Miri, the dark elements are exactly what make this movie stand out. I am a HUGE fan of dark comedy and this was movie was a very pleasant surprise.. this joins the ranks as one of my favourite dark comedies up there with Fight Club, and Happiness. I was expecting a mindless feel good comedy, and i got a surprisingly smart and original look into mental descent. My favourite scene is the first fight against danny mcbride and the drug dealers. It caught me off guard with its brutality and i didnt know whether to laugh or look away
i loved 4parts 1=the huge skater fight scenes 2= the indian guy scenes ase at the end with the flasher and 4 the crossraods scene with the 6 crackheads

There was a lot of funny parts. I liked it when the guy said I would I blow up Chic -Fil - A it's delicious. Also, when Anna Farris said don't stop in the middle. When he shot the flasher. His best friend was funny. Very good humor. I can't stand Sandler movies, but this was funny. I'm glad I saw it. BTW Anna Farris had her lips injected that's why she looked funny.

This movie felt more like a dark character-study than a straight-forward comedy, to me. Deffinitly a fantastic film. One of my favorites of the year.

penis flash was both disturbing and hilarious when he was running through the mall i was half covering my eyes and half laughing!
my favorite scenes are when he beats down all the "crackheads" as he called them and when he fights all the cops.
oh and my favorite scene too was when they came to indian guy and... their whole exchange was hilarious

i loved observe and report.. it was hilarious. and when he flashed them at the end and was being chased by seth rogen, it was very disturbing... i was laughing but at the same time, very disturbed.
i was very surprised when he shot him... i thought he was just gonna beat him up and then take him to the police.

She seems like the funny, dorky, air-head blondy thype of girl that she has always played in all her previous movies (even house bunny) and she comes out with this... I am a HUGE fan of dark comedy and this was movie was a very pleasant surprise.. this joins the ranks as one of my favourite dark comedies up there with Fight Club, and Happiness. I was expecting a mindless feel good comedy, and i got a surprisingly smart and original look into mental descent. My favourite scene is the first fight against danny mcbride and the drug dealers. It caught me off guard with its brutality and i didnt know whether to laugh or look away

There was a lot of funny parts. I liked it when the guy said I would I blow up Chic -Fil - A it's delicious. Also, when Anna Farris said don't stop in the middle. When he shot the flasher. His best friend was funny. Very good humor. I can't stand Sandler movies, but this was funny. I'm glad I saw it. BTW Anna Farris had her lips injected that's why she looked funny.

I just saw it and it had very funny parts. It blows any of those new Adam Sandler movies out of the water. It is rated R so remember that. Under 18 shouldn't really see it.
