Have you ever tried powdered goat's milk? I have some but used it only to make soap until I ran out of milk for my coffee. It's kind of intense, gamey, like the venison of milks. Kinda good tho. Getting used to it.

My parents used to feed us instant milk growing up in the 70s because it was much cheaper. I'll never forget the package: Large white packet with bright orange writing on it.

It tasted OK if served VERY cold but otherwise it had a strange flavor . . . Perhaps it is different now. Hmmmm maybe I'll give it a try again.

It does. And, you can make it even richer tasting by using more. And if you use less, it can be like skim milk

I pretty much grew up on powdered milk being that my mother ran a daycare and needed to puchase everything in bulk. It is a lot cheper then the real stuff for sure!
