and how do you scrub a couple thousand miles of oil infested rocks and sand clean?
this is ...a vegetable oil ....so youre using it to disolve crude oil but it doesnt absorb it....it just makes it less thick and easy to wipe...question is how do you spray and wipe the ocean? or an entire cliff without spilling just as much "cytosol" into the enviroment
