@shanmugamsubbiah -- This is a great movie, and your comment is deserving of applause in and of itself, given, you like me are from a state where punch dialogues dominate artistic endeavors like this.
But--I'm not sure you want to pin down this movie to philandering. Like Tolstoy and the other slavophiles, M.R.R. was sending an anti-west message, which even the French and British of the late 19th century did.
It has more to do with ontological understanding and attunement than womanizing
