Can you sugget best broadband which I can get under RM100 or so price. I am an international student in Malaysia

384 kbps is very slow..... so i upgraded to 1mbps and now super fast,but i dont know why yours so slow.

i think maybe your internet browser problem.. dont use ie but use google crome...

anyways, have you try the speed test like p1 speed test?
