  • Hey matey you can get him to stand properly and pose legs much better if you pull the hips forward, and you can stop the car bananaing if you make sure the hips are pushed back, i only just learned this and it make the mold alot more fun!!! cheers rob

  • so would you sell the grey one since kotoys is defunked

  • What happend to KO toys?

  • I was going to tell you about the sliding hip joint, but apparently EVERYONE beat me to it.

  • @CYBERTRONIAN1SOLDIER haha yes , i really didnt know to do that lol

  • Nice one mate , i just bought ko wildrider from kotoys just before it closed down and a was hopeing you would do a review . cheers.

  • I have problems getting the panels to line up on my Classics Hot Rod

  • what no sideburn. lol great review

  • defunct? D:

  • It's not in the instructions but you can move the waist forward for the legs to have clearance. It was years before I noticed that little bit.

  • @somarriba333 well ive had mine for about 6 years or so and ive only just found that out now lol

  • @thecollector75 I think I found out because I got the newer Challenge of cybertron figure. It was so loose and floppy it just kind of did it itself. For a sec, I thought they improved the mold and then I checked my old one and there it was. :)

  • i dont have the waist problem and the sliding thing in the comments i dont what that is

  • 3) To fix SG rodimus' spoiler, instead of painting, get a hair dryer, and heat up the stress marks. While this method will not get rid of the stress marks completely, it will greatly lessen the look of them. No need to bend them or do anything else, just heat them up, you should see results almost immediately. I've fixed quite a few figures this way. You can heat it up pretty hot and still avoid melting, at least with the actual plastics has/tak uses.

  • @mcchrism thanks , i will give that a try

  • Hey man, love the reviews.

A few things: 1) Like others have said, you have to slide the whole waist part forward. It should end up right against the the tip of the car hood in robot mode.

2)I don't think his arms popping off is a KO problem, as a lot of people have complained (especially with the new Sideburn TFCC figure) about the shoulder joints just popping off.

    cont...

  • You can pull up the waist so the hip flaps have plenty of clearance. Took me forever to find out.

  • Great review gram! Also, great colors on the K.O's! Nice find! Ty for sharing!!!

  • Great review as always !!!

  • i heard that bro i luv this fuckin car mode my dream car is a Turbo.i dont see why people give this this mold such a bad rep.

  • @Xybertron80 me either, i think its a great car mode, really love it

  • Sweet review bro. God I love this guys. I think Rodimus should have been evil to begin with, but hey this figure allows me to live that dream. I also love that wildrider, he is fucking awesome. Keep up the awesome bro. :)

  • Yeah like minitower said u gotta pull the waist piece out a bit and straighten out the hip joints so those skirt panels lie flush with his legs...then he can stand fully straight

  • just received my wildrider about a week ago and was surprisingly pleased with the quality, although, i also have a problem with the left arm falling off. but still a great toy for the price. i only paid $10 from kotoys. i was also surprisingly pleased with my kold blue optimus prime! he is a very sharp toy! and yes you have your toys mistransformed, come on, this is not your first day! great review man!

  • I just hope KO toys is still around next week, when I enquire about my starscream not turning up

  • @LiamTheGreat did you get it in the end?

  • @thecollector75 strangely enough it arrived a few hours after I emailed them. So i was lucky to get one before they shut up shop

  • Clearly I'm late to the party, but what happened to KO Toys? When and why did they close down? Nice figs for display, btw...

  • @Tikbaz hasbro put a cease and disist order on them. not sure how when i thought they were in a foriegn country like china?

  • @thecollector75 That's too bad, I was intending to purchase the ghost Seekers and the Rainmakers.

  • Your supposed to pull the waist forward and the legs straighten out more by pulling the legs down more. I hope i explained right. just look for peaugh's review.

  • Excellent Review! I miss KOTOYS.

  • aren't the legs too wide apart, my friend? the 'thighs' can be much closer together to give a less 'stumpy' look. Do try and relay what you think? Cheers!

  • The legs need to be straightened out more at the hips so they are more underneath the figure. Take a peek at official pictures for how the hips should be. This prevents the full diaper stance.

  • Another great review... i got tge rts version of rodimus and the knock offs probably have way better paint apps :-P

  • ya you can push the waist forward XD

  • damn shame that site got handed a sese and desist on part of hasbro.

then again that site was a dichotomy in itself.

  • @oscarnjboy in what way, a dichotomy i mean? yes it is sad though.

  • you can slide his waist forward :D

  • Great review and although they are ko's, they're good looking figures; especially the Shattered Glass. Keep up the great work!
