I agree - it is quite a banana of a boat though and to be honest I was just zipping along - I didnt do it to really demo the stroke but someone asked me to post it as an example. I cant believe over 12000 people have looked at it!!!

only point i might add is that the paddle is cycling. i always use the fence post analogy to correct that error. Nice vid though.
