Vancouver (late Jan.) saw a odd foggy pattern form and dissapear in seconds in sky (like helicopter opening up its hatch with water to dispel fires) also, rain droplets came at varying frequencies and patterns - on my windshield they looked like donuts (hole in the middle)....!???

do you think the reason for this in part is to lower temperature and denounce global warming? also, these planes are up too high to see, so does anyone know what type of plane it is? i worked with a ex-military pilot back in the 70's who claimed he was flying lear jets at night doing "top secret" work for the cia. he's probably dead now. he talked about spraying and aliens a lot. is it possible the pilots are spraying chemtrails thinking they are keeping the aliens at bay?

Everything is possible. The top air force facility in every country will know since all planes must have flight permission to fly over, including CIA planes with prisoners, etc. It is like a thermo blanket. The wind comes from the north now meaning more deep-freeze winter here. The aliens are part of the spraying - the negative ones of course. The good ones are watching. 2010 will be a super year, since everything is collapsing and enough are taking back their power now - thank you!

There is also a huge "Haarp" facility in Sweden called LOIS - there is a lot going on in Europa and floating stuff and other antenna systems not known to the public - all working as one system together with the mobile masts and when you look at the so-called high TV-radio towers for many purposes - at the top they have a white spiral thing - that is Tesla technology for weather manipulation. I have not been up in one yet to film it - but it comes probably :-) Stay tuned.
