Glad most of you like my little rifle! It is a ruger 1022 registered as a short barrled rifle on a form 1, the suppressor is a tactical innovations tac 67. The stock is a rhineland arms subzero stock that is discontinued, and made of aluminum. The ammo was cci mini mags and is supersonic even out of th 4" barrel which is why in the secont part of the video it was still somewhat loud.

@toughspitfire if you get te ones with the plastic feed lips you usualy have to file a little to get em just right, get the metal feed lips if you can. butler creek sells good ones.

If you fill out a Form 4, does it automatically allow you to convert you gun to an SBS, make it full-auto, and add a suppressor? Cause I see many people with their SBS guns with a suppressor but many of them are just semi-auto. Is it just because it's expensive to convert? Or you feel like you'd rather just have it semi-auto?

@DThompson1985 you right. think the projectile is like .2 hundred thousanths smaller than a .223, its quiet, lightweight, cheap, its the logical choice. while the enemy is running out of ammo you have 1500 rounds left to spare. rips right through human flesh no doubt ( shot in the leg ), i totally agree with what you say. .22 ranks #2 on my favorite rounds list.
trust me i have shot threw a military helmet with a .22, a 9mm, 12 guage shotgun slug, and even a 30.06 couldnt make it through a the helmet....the slug did make a huge dent though

That's a nice piece. I'm looking into getting a 10/22. They seem versitile, I have five other weapons and one is a bolt action .22LR, very accurate but no modifications can be made to it..
I personally own a 10/22 and out of the box, it is a great rifle and holds under .5 inch groups at 50 yards with cheap wallyworld federal ammo. I bought it with the intent of making it into the way I wanted it to be with a better stock and a bull barrel. If you want something that has many accessories for it already that are easy to find, the 10/22 is the way to do it. Very easy to work on and clean as well. Taking the receiver apart for cleaning couldn't be easier. And hey, it's a Ruger!!
@karlebyrdjr $5 for 600 rounds, those were the good old days!! Too bad I wasnt around then, other wise knowing where we are today with ammo, I would of bought out every brick I could find for $5/box. Last time I went to wally world a few months ago when they had a couple federal bricks, they were priced at $15.47. I can usually find the remington golds for $20 a brick. They run great through all my .22s. Just not crazy for that coating that comes onto your fingers.
@makun16 yea those are the boxes i'm talking about new price change came out this week jumped em for 15.47 to 18.99.......so add tax and ur at 20 bucks for 550 rounds of .22........and federal is about all i shoot in my .22s cas it feeds in all of them and no gummy coating...
If you don't know already it would blow your mind how much work, time, and money they had to go through for just the ATF to get, essentially, a quiet .22.

yeah i thought mil used MILES laser system with blanks a bit more high tech then airsoft, which would totally take the balls out of training if you heard an airsoft gun instead of an actual gun.

That's a nice piece. I'm looking into getting a 10/22. They seem versitile, I have five other weapons and one is a bolt action .22LR, very accurate but no modifications can be made to it..

I personally own a 10/22 and out of the box, it is a great rifle and holds under .5 inch groups at 50 yards with cheap wallyworld federal ammo. I bought it with the intent of making it into the way I wanted it to be with a better stock and a bull barrel. If you want something that has many accessories for it already that are easy to find, the 10/22 is the way to do it. Very easy to work on and clean as well. Taking the receiver apart for cleaning couldn't be easier. And hey, it's a Ruger!!

@karlebyrdjr $5 for 600 rounds, those were the good old days!! Too bad I wasnt around then, other wise knowing where we are today with ammo, I would of bought out every brick I could find for $5/box. Last time I went to wally world a few months ago when they had a couple federal bricks, they were priced at $15.47. I can usually find the remington golds for $20 a brick. They run great through all my .22s. Just not crazy for that coating that comes onto your fingers.

Oh definitely....it's a very nice setup.
But I found that whole "Assassin's G36 or AK47" kinda funny....
Just telling you want it is beneath the skin because I wasn't sure if you knew or not.
Those weapon system are popular because you can dress them up however you want.
But his setup is VERY nice.
