Well personally, it made me look super shiny, but once I added MUFE's hd powder, it looked great. It doesn't happen to everyone, though. And I'd still recommend it because it has awesome coverage. :)

if youve used bare minerals i.d. which one do you prefer pur minerals or i.d.?? we're like the exact same complextion... thanks!

I like pur minerals a lot bettter. Bare minerals made me look ashy, and I tried so very hard to find my perfect match...it just didn't happen!

I've been using this product and I really like it. I don't find it makes me shiny, but I do need a little powder her and there by the middle of the day. I'm very fair, though...maybe that makes a difference.

you are so right.

my skin gets rly shiny aswell. It looks like i have rly greasy skin but when you touch it its not.

only thing is when your outside your skin looks wetish (well mine does) but when im indise it looks normal. haha just thought id share my experience.

I just tried this at Ulta. I loved it!! I bought the starter kit and you get 3 different compacts plus a brush for 32 bucks and the coverage is AMAZING!! I think I am hooked on this. I think it is better than bare escenuals. I have heard good things of everyday minerals too. They are cheaper, like 12 bucks for a jar for those on a strict budget

I reallyyyyy want to like everyday minerals, but none of the colors work for me. I've tried so many different combinations...I always turn out looking super orange or ashy.

I have oily skin and I personally try to stay away from foundations that contain bismuth in them. Because, mineral foundations that contain bismuth in them have a tendency to make the face look overly shiny after wearing them for a while. And, shea butter (which is in the foundation two) can definitely contribute to making oily skin even oilier.

And, ny the way, your nails look great! As, I'm glad that you decided to show them off along with your review!

Yeah, I my skin is usually super dry, so I don't have a problem with oil or anything usually. I'm starting to like this foundation more now that I set it with a powder. The coverage is very nice.
