@BabyBuns212 Hi if your referring to the scene where the girls are standing in the snow with fur coats on. It is the episode where Rose writes a letter to President Reagan and Russian President Gorbachav telling them that she and the girls in her Sunshine Cadet Troop are worried about nuclear war. And Gorbachav's people believe it's from a little girl not a 50 something year old woman and want to meet her. It's appropriately named "Letter To Gorbachac"

@BabyBuns212 If you're referring to the "Russian episode," that's the one where Rose writes a letter to Gorbachev in which she states her concerns about nuclear war. She has the girls in her cadet troop draw pictures of the future, and they're all bleak representations of nuclear war. So she writes a letter to Gorbachev and Reagan asking them to get rid of nuclear arms. Gorbachev is touched by the letter and wants to meet her, but he's under the impression that Rose is a little girl.
