Russia is the 154th most corrupt country in the world - especially the police who can't wait to extract every Ruble from you for not carrying your passport. Facts:Moscow has the most miserable bad mannered, ill cultured people on the planet. Their are no decent affordable hotels here. no you got me wrong, im not saying us sucks, im just saying that 1 aspect of it messed up, the businesses have a little to much power over what they may do. if the gov took just a bit more control US gov would be the greatest. US would be much stronger (economicaly). btw i love US, there are so many opportunities here, one can be who ever and how ever they want. and if you do things smart everything will pay off and you will have a very good life.

Communism is verry good government system, it ristricts people from doing rediculous shit like the insurance co. screwing people left and right but the negative of communism is that you cant just start a business or go into any profession you want. The gov. doesnt just pick you a job out of the sky but based on your knowledge and skills so it not really that bad. Love the video! Have been to Kiev, Ukraine twice. Hope to go to Saint Petersburg (big Dostoevky fan) and then to Moscow. Russia is a special country with some of the greatest writers. If Dostoevsky is a little to deep for you, try Nelson DeMille. He wrote a great book about an American who drives his Trans Am from Minsk to Moscow. It's called The Charm School.

I had a good deal on tickets, but overall it cost me about $1650. The keys are good prices on tickets (I got mine for $750 roundtrip) and a good but cheap hotel (I reccomend The Gamma Izmailovo hotel).
