No, I don't believe for one minute Tony had anything to do with it. Casey did this all by herself. She left her car at the lot in hopes it would air out while there. Everyone was asking about that smell. She couldn't drive it due to questions being ask. She never ran out of gas, just another lie.

I understand what some people are saying about him lending her the car, but look at how fast things moved with them. I don't think he sounds suspicious. It's easy to forget dates and times. I don't think he knew Casey well enough or want risk getting involved. I don't believe he knew what Casey was really like except that maybe he though she was a bit weird. She lied to Tony about Caylee's whereabouts and since she wasn't his child, he probably just shrugged it off. At his age, he wouldn't be that concerned about Casey's child. The only thing he was probably interested in mostly, was sex.
