Joe you make such a compelling argument.. why should I ever buy on finance when I could lease.. get lower repayments, be protected against negative equity and still be in a position to take advantage of positive equity.. Wow.. why did I ever got drawn into buying on standard financing before I'll never know. (Probably from not having advice from guys like you I guess).
