Dude, I'm American and British (I have Dual-Nationality) and even I can say that, at present, America has the best armed forces on the globe today and has been for the past 70-80 years. This is no disrespect to the British forces as they have the best training in the world, for sure. It's just modern warfare requires a lot of money and men, which, atm, Britain just doesn't have compared to America. Anyway, that only even applies to lower ranks, whereas if you want to be a pilot, for instance, you need GCSE's and A - Levels, and it is possible to get a degree doing this. with the weapons we have today malfunctions and getting shot is not somethign i wouldn personally want to be on the recieving end of. MOrtars sometimes fail and malfunction and users get hurt. Those javelin missile launchers have failed and messed up the person who fired them. It just isn't worth the risk. Pins sometimes get pulled from grenades by accident. there is a whole other side to this game that i have not even seen talked about anywhere. we only have primitive medical technology

with the weapons we have today malfunctions and getting shot is not somethign i wouldn personally want to be on the recieving end of. MOrtars sometimes fail and malfunction and users get hurt. Those javelin missile launchers have failed and messed up the person who fired them. It just isn't worth the risk. Pins sometimes get pulled from grenades by accident. there is a whole other side to this game that i have not even seen talked about anywhere. we only have primitive medical technology
