number 4 & 6 are better match, alto in movies they like to make it the forbidden love, i think in reality it would be MUCH more different. such as trust, you show that to a girl and she might become unacceptable of such fact and treat him with indifference making all sorts of assumptions about him. Trust being the main issue.But then the hearth whants what it whants.

-mark is not here

-john didn't left henrie in the air

-john NEVER tells henrie "ur not my father"

-in this scene john knows how lorien was destroyed so it doesn't make since when he says " i dnt know anything about this planet"

@95haya You can't just bash the movie because of the book. I've read the book and seen the movie but I like to think of them as two totally different things. Twilight for example; totally different, but they both were good. (Okay the movie sucked, but book Jacob didn't have Taylor Lautner abs ;)) And you have to admit the movie was pretty darn epic!

This doesn't appear to be like the book, but I understand that they had to make some changes otherwise their targeted audiences wouldn't be able to watch. Besides, it's kind of nice to see the changes they made to stories. But everybody should calm down, it's the same story with different changes. It's not drastic, and I'm sure it's a great movie.

I'm watching these clips and most of them...are NOTHING like the book. John in the book was 14! Alex is like...20! And Alex isn't even that good looking at all. I think this movie is going to be a disappointment. But, I am going to see it anyways because I loved the book and I want to see how the movie compares. And the scene where Number 6 is walking away from the burning house? I mean, COME ON! That's pathetic! It's makin' me mad. Thumbs up if you agree.

books are very different for movies.

if they made the movie like the book, it wouldn't be watched at all.

the director has to make the movie so that ALL audiences can watch it and GET IT.

NOT just the people who read the book.

a movie has to appeal to people who haven't read the book as well, and that means leaving out some minor details. probably 8 hours of reading put into 2 hours as a movie.

so they have to leave some stuff out and add other things in.
