I guarantee some white chefs can cook better Chinese food than some Chinese "chefs".

Whites train to make "authentic" Chinese food using the same techniques/cultural ideology. Even Chinese people than KNOW their food can't tell the difference. Wanna know why? Because there is no difference.

I'm Chinese and i cook international cuisine every day. I've compared hundreds of Chinese restaurants and there are many bad representations of true Chinese food from Chinese chefs.

well. as long as they are good cooks and know what they cook tastes fine its ok. A chinese person could still cook terrible chinese food.. anyone could be a good cook.. and anyone could be a bad chef. I know a guy who runs a french restaurant, one of the spanish coworkers are the best french chef he had:P. So no, ethnicity not everything.

PF Changs is overpriced fake Chinese food. The cheifs are mostly white or they aint even asian... how the hell can they cook authentic real Chinese food like what i used to!!!

It's not real Chinese Food. They don't even advertise it as that. It's Chinese INSPIRED american food. Besides, its a little expensive because of the quality of the food. No Trans Fat, All high quality ingredients, and they dont use MSG, unlike so many other Chinese resturants out there. They also cater to non-gluten meals, which most middle-end Chinese Resturants cant do.
