@stairmaster3001 Most likely, because the stock piping has no resonators (the SRT4 pipes have 2). So the only thing holding in back pressure would be the cat.
i had my old sxt like that, just around 2krpms it was way to raspy to handle, hadto but the cat and a glasspack on it to "beef" up the tone so it wasnt so high pitched

i put only the axle back on my neon. do you think its killing back pressure?
