  • 4 dislikes? GENGAR WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?

  • Can never beat the original. :3

  • "in his own way,i think Alakazam believes in you too" :'D

  • oh gawd this game was wonderful I remember playing it when I was about 8 or 9. I remember feeling so chilled, I remember I was a charmander and my partner was a chikorita that I named after a girl I liked. Oh gawd, every moment of this game was chilling. I don't think I'll ever be able to experience a game like this again as long as I live.

  • Every time I heard this while playing the game, I just wanted to cry. T__T Sometimes I did. I realise now, just how attached I truly get to my partner in this game. <3 xD

  • So sad....I literally cried when i heard this on blue rescue team......POKEMON MYSTERY DUNGEON FOREVER!

  • thank you for letting us relive these moments in our headphones.

    these game's were awsome, i hope they make a new one soon.

  • @DannehB0i Wow dude, you are so right... I was like "Wait, it's just a game...".

    But something virtual did a real feeling on me, so no matter if it's a game or not, you felt something.

  • "NO! I wanna stay and keep rescuing with Toto! I don't want team Pokebro's to end!! ;_;"

    -Me when i was 11.

  • WHY IS THERE SAD SONGS IN ALL Pokemon Mystery Dungeon's

  • Hmm... A better title?

    *thinks*

    When did this play: The traveling with your partner, leaving the world of Pokemon, Gengar & Gaurdivor... I got it!

    "Friends Are Forever"

  • Good memories First Pokemon mystery

  • I loved Mystery Dungeon... best storyline of any game I have ever played.

  • that was sad when your partner in the end says "What? Go? Go where?" That part is so sad...

  • @Lexathornberry Yeah dude, I agree :'(

  • I'm gonna stop watching these videos for now. Everyone is wondering why i'm crying in class. *sniff* TEAM HOTSHOTS FOREVER!

  • Comment removed

  • This is a remix if you listen very closly. you know the part where you dissapear. Its a remix of that

  • this song remineds me too never forget and to keep together frendship i sitting here crying remembering my lost friends and family

  • @343Lightbulb stfu your taking the space of this video

  • I truthfully cried at the end of all three of my Mystery Dungeon games... TT_TT In Blue Rescue Team, I had named my partner after my best friend in real life, and, at that time, we were far apart from each other...I was crying so much....Explorers of Darkness left me leaving tears on my pillow before I went to sleep. (I was playing it before I went to sleep, up past my bedtime.) The music and the storylines in these games both go hand in hand. You can't really have one without the other.

  • @SuperShadowsGirl My Story too !

  • @SuperShadowsGirl Yes, I share your sentiments. I named my partner in Blue after my fav story char ever on a russian book I like. Then in Darkness, I named him after my best friend. I cried myself to sleep...my pillow was drenched in the morning and my mom woke me up and told me Id been face down. Mom: Are you okay?

    Me: I lost my partner!!

    Mom: Youre married at 14?

    Me: No, I lost Rufin

    Mom: You read too much

    Me: NO you have it all wrong

    Mom: Oooooh...you play PMD too much.

  • @WarriorHawkSpirit Btw add on, actually the last partner-loss thing referred to my Blue partner, not my Darkness one (I would not cry myself to sleep in that case since I was prepared by the time Explorers of Darkness released for the inevitable. That happened back when I had no clue Id lose the sidekick that was always there for me. To the uninitiated it will seem like they should send the player to the nuthouse, but if you played it, then you would understand their trauma.

  • I've never played this game... but this music is so sad. It makes me think of leaving my partner, Eevee, in Sky (I was a Totodile)

  • thumbs up if you miss someone because of this game and remember that person as you listen.

  • @MovieMakers59 i have too give you props for standing up for all those pokemaniacs or i like too call then,friends

  • Comment removed

  • Po po po ke mon .........wi will leave me ? (SILENT CRYING)

    No....pokemon is always be in my heart...(^_^)d

  • Fugitive

  • I swear this song was on Twilight Princess...

  • I love pokemon mystery dungeon games more than the actual pokemon games because they actually have a PLOT! The regular pokemon games are fun because you can catch pokemon and battle and stuff, but, aside from beating the designated "Team ____" that's all you do in every single one of those games....in Mystery Dungeon, there's actually a purpose! Plus the plot is really good too!! Explorers of Darkness was really good too!!

  • @yamidarkpharaoh I was near heartless to the partner loss by Darkness, I came prepared. After all I had lost Rufin in Blue, but still it made me cry, my mom made me go to the psychiatrist.

  • @WarriorHawkSpirit BTW said partner was reborn in Sky before he was killed by my brother. I miss him even though he was both a charmander at one point and later a riolu so it proves the truth about reincarnation.

  • Thumbs up if you cry EVERY TIME you beat this game. ;_; I'm starting to cry right now...

  • ; _ ; so sad.. i loved those memories as a kid....

  • PMD has some of the most emotional and well scripted storylines i have ever come across in games... oh yeah and the music never fails to bring a tear from nostalgia and emotions ;') thanks nintendo... wait, ill be back later, gotta play this game!!!!!

  • sadest music in pokemon ever for me

  • ; __ ;

  • You can show someone the end of Mystery Dungeon, but to really experience the sadness of the game, you have to play it. Its amazing the emotional bond you build with your partner. Gamefreak made the partner feel so real. And you actually feel sad when you have to leave your friend at the end of the game.

  • @DannehB0i If you dont cry at the end of these games, you have no heart =P

  • @DannehB0i I know what you mean. When I first played this game it really surprised me that a game from pokemon can leave such an emotional impacked on you. It really felt like you where the hero, every piece of it was just a work of art and I hope they somehow find a way to make another.

  • @DannehB0i  I almost cried....

  • @DannehB0i Just feel sad? Dude, it made most people actually cry as well, and I'm one of them :)

  • Pokemon Mystery Dungeon will forever be one of the saddest games... No, possibly THE saddest game I have every played. All of my tears ;n;

  • Brendan has to go now

    My friend said this wasnt sad then i showed it to him and he cried

  • call this 'i remember'

    cause i can remember my best friend for 5 years from these songs........i still remember......now iv'e moved away......i wish i turned back into a pokemon to be with her

  • not i but my heart always going sad and i stand like a beton statue :PP

  • Charmander.....Bulbasuar.......I will never forget our struggles....our fights.....our accomplishments. Don't forget me, you may not be real but you will be real in my heart. NO MATTER HOW OLD I GET I WILL ALWAYS LOVE POKEMON. REMEMBER THAT!

  • @DesertStorm033 awww your comment put tears in my eyes :')

  • whenever i hear this music it remindes me of my favorie partners: candy the torchic and skittles the skitty. sniff. i will never forget you guys! sniff sniff. wh-wh- whaaaaahaaaahaaaaa! sniff! whaaaaaaaaaa! why did i ever leave you!

  • I don't know what it is about this game. Probaly just the story and music. The gameplay isn't that good but I play the game over and over again just to relive these great moments.

  • i literally cried on this song but there was no way i could stop myself from crying at teh gengar and gardevoir scene, where gengar admits to what he did was wrong that he was stupid for doing such a thing i played the game over again just so i could watch that one scene... and its all thnx to my ar that i got there so fast ;')

  • even with 17 i cry at the end of this game q_q

  • im crying :(

    i am 14, playing this game!

    and when i hear this i cry!

    POKEMON FOREVER!

    i will listen to htis song every day if pokemon stops!

  • i love this music evenif it makes me cry......

    the pokemon were true friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @starlightnekomata i started crying even more when i readed you coment!

    i feel with you and every one who is crying of this song!

  • This song not only plays on Xatu's Peak, but a remixed version plays after you beat Primal Dialga in PMD2.

    Or at least I think it does.

  • This song... reminds me of the sad times when I had to leave my friends at school.... Later on.... I started playing this game, when I reached the end, I started crying.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    I am now in year 6..........Soon.....I will need to leave even more of my friends... We will need to split up.... Oh....Pheobe....Cally....Aysha....Abby.......And more........i'm sure sad...... We had the good times..... We wen't throughout the years.....AndI can't belevie it's goodbye...........*sniffs*
  • @fairywillow1 lol, i just started year 7, if ur like me it'll fine, you'll make new friends, trust me :)
  • Your partner in this game was a true friend. I wish people in real life were like that...
    I miss you Squirtle.
  • This game stood out... not for gameplay... not for graphics... not for animation.... but for storyline... thumbs up if you want to be the main character of this game... right away....
  • @343Lightbulb That's the way it should be. I mean I believe that you can make a game as realistic as posable but it won't sell if the whole story sucks.
  • @343Lightbulb : Yeah, the graphics are not amazing, and the gameplay is innovative, but a bit boring... but the story... I played this game when I was 12, and usually it made me cry... it's a wonderful story, full of action and sad moments. Now I'm playing again this game, and it still make me fill the same emotions...
  • This gave me goose bumps...and made me cry...
  • it do not make me cry anymore tho
  • i cant cry to any sand songs but im crying on the inside =(
  • This song made me cry once :'(
  • This game made me cry. So. Much.
    My mom thought i was stupid for crying at pokemon but I ignored her
    The game was my HEART. I played it all the time, playing all the missions, following the story like the most epic thing ever, trying so hard at the game, it became a part of me. And when I thought it was over when the character was leaving, I just cried. I cried and cried and cried. It was as if I thought a piece of me were being thrown away. It was so sad :*(
  • Listening to this song calms me down and makes me forget my worries. It transports me to a world of my own. This song understands me like no one ever has...
  • Anyone with a soul would rate this up. Fuck you 4 people.
  • if u did not cry. u have no heart. and dont afford this game
  • You have to run, run run and survive
    I cried so much when Alakazam said that
  • I am thirteen and I still cry because of the song. Poor bulbasaur
  • Out of any pokemon game I love the Mystery Dungeon games the most. They had the most impressive storyline and the best music. I think this game is the best thing since Crystal, personally.
  • all guys with real emotions must cry i know it that moment was so sad =(
  • I was always Pikachu, Mudkip was my partner. Good times, good times. *Pulls out DS to see Raichu and Swampert*
  • wats the real name of this
  • @asura0528808 i think its called fugitives, at least its played at every scene of their journey as fugitives
  • @darkriku97 ohhh thanks
  • Video games have no emotion anymore. I was 13 when I played this and I cried. Yesterday I played CoD and killed people without feeling anything. Today I listen to this song.... and fight back the tears.
  • @matttehkat Some do.. just some.
    Like that song emotion in black and white.. that made me cry 0_0
    So did me (Charmander) leaving my best friend (Piplup) yeah.. that was sad =(
  • I cried when i was 9, but now this song dosen't make me cry
    and whats up with all the Pikachu, Zelda, Link (WSuper Smash Bros.) stuff at the bottom to my comment anyway
  • @Stormybue guy is annoyed by the ammount of zelda comparisons
  • Pikachu rules!
  • Comment removed
  • Link sucks!
  • PMD rules!
  • Zelda sucks!
  • Fuck Fuck Fuckidy Fuck, all the Zelda shit has got about 1285 comments and with that crap?! C'mon guys lets keep on commenting. All well i guess I'll just make a few random comments just to give us a little push.
  • They should mke another PMD Blue, only this time, extended storyline, enchanced home town map and, better dungeon music and a nother bunch 'o' pokemon to recruit.
  • Zelds you son of a bastard, how could you steal such thing, well guess what? This game will still be the best, and I say, this song mixes with THIS story better!
  • Aww, owned Justin Bieber!
  • i believe zelda actully stole this
    listen to eponas song in tp
    not the origanal oot one the one in tp
  • I suggest the song title to be "All those times..."
  • The first time I completed the game and this played when I was leaving my partner, Pikachu. I cried my eyes out. This song is so pretty. ;n;
  • Every time I hear this song I get a chill or start to cry. It is a beautiful song and it brings back so many memories.
  • I actually think the title matches the song and there shouldn't be many suggestions on a new title....this is such a sad melody...I cry every time I play it..
  • I could listen to this for like hours,it brings so many memories from when I played this game,I Love it so much
  • Squritle:Don't go.
    Me: I'm gonna fucking miss you!
    The first time i played the game
    :'C
  • This is the gamers Titanic...
  • gets me every fucking time <:'C
  • Cried my ass of on 1:20. The PMD is so damm good (a)
  • ive never known a game to bring such emotions to a person but pmd did it the best game for pokemon the most emotional and suspense feelings ever i will always like pokemon i don't care who thinks I am a nerd i'm 17 Ive played since i was 4
  • I typically have no emotion about video games. But when I was 9 and Squirtle 'died' I've never been sadder, and when he got to come back I've never been happier. Even though there has been new stuff and greater systems I will always remember this.
  • When I was 9, I cried because the story was sad.
    When I was 12, I cried because the song was sad.
    Now, when I am 14, I cry because the memories of the song and story are sad...
  • @spongycrabcakes dude.. story of my life...
  • @spongycrabcakes Amen brother... Amen...
  • @spongycrabcakes When I was 18 I cried because today's kids are fucking stupid
  • @minipiwi
    When I was 17, I was disappointed in the lack of understanding that people like you have when they see someone who has memories with anything.
  • @minipiwi
    No they arent.You dont know how it feels when your playing a sad game.It feels like your actually IN THE GAME,and there is no escape from the feeling at most times.It seems like you are heartless or something.
  • @minipiwi meany.
  • This is kinda sad like. you lose your best friend and your saying Farewell... : ' (
  • How the dungeon themes are integrated in this song is like a punch to the heart.
  • 3 PEOPLE DONT HAVE FEELINGS AND DONT HAVE A LIFE
  • I luv'd this song.
  • well it happende to me years ago after i finished the game next 3 weeks its gone =(((( so sad
  • Now That shit who stole my game boy is going to pay forever pokemon made me cry so hard it is the only game made me cry and the last thing said before credits was like written to my heart already and loved my friend so much.....pokemon i hope i can return the times my friend that time has PSP DS and other beter than Gameboy so what! atleast the im having fun of what i had Now that Bull crap is going to pay i dont know who steals my gameboy 1 nnight i sleep and i wake up my game boy is lost =(
  • T^T *weeps manly tears
  • Oh god, that I don't believe in! I can't find the words to say. Really. Thank You all, don't know why. Amazing to see how we all cried just because of this immature game (still great game). This song gives me a special feeling. A feeling of remorse, sadness, loneliness. The feeling of holding My very first GameBoy in My little hands. What happened to You Pokemon? What happened to You Nintendo? WHY? But everytime I listen to this song I have this one question: What happened to Me? This = love! <3
  • Play this song when you've lost your girlfriend to your enemy and the words *she's just a girl, I dont need her, I've got you, mudkip and thats all that matters* Look up into the stars and look up for the brightest one *I know your out there somewhere and one day, I'll find you*
  • I'm glad that I'm not alone, I thought I was the only one to expirience such serene, I thought I was the only one out there. One of me. But All you guys... So I ditched all my friends and rethought all you as my friends.
  • I remember playing this game way back, I used to cry soo much when I was listening to this song as it was playing, brings back memories D'x
  • This isn't the song that plays at the end of the game. This song plays right before you must flee the town... Though the two songs are /incredibly/ similar; the one that plays at the end is slightly different though.
  • this is as good as the parting song from pmd2
  • My sister made fun of me for crying at this game...
  • @thatonedigimonguy
    it's quite alright to cry over a game which is sad you have you reasons and for that you will continue to play the games as you want.Nobody can stop you from doing that not even your sister.
  • hehehe i think this is funny...i was a bulbasour and my partner was a charmander.in PMD2 i was a pikachu and still partner a charmander.in both they have the same name, Sam.i told my friend when i finished both games that the end:sam: NOOO DONT LEAVE JESSICA D': (start of PMD2) sam: oh no someone is knocked out! (end of PMD2) NOOOO DONT LEAVE D:<
  • similar to the song in the game named farewell...
    Gengar:"It said that (Name) was my invaluble, irreplaceable friend!"
    I was so emo at that moment...
    Sad and shocked...
  • my idea:
    pokemon mystery dungeon- goodbye, friend
    (i hope no one took this)
  • this series made me cry each one of them and i like how blue is kind of rescuing red cause blue is looking down in a hole and red is looking up through the hole
  • this made a knot in my throat,especially reading the highest comment...
    I never beat the game...but,I just wish i could...if there is one game that made my heart go wild it's this game...I just wish...this game would last forever...just as the love this game recieves...you can't bear the fact these characters aren't real...but,unlike life,the reset button lets you fall in love all over again. <3
  • This videogame touched me most... from so many games i have played...
  • Ive never had very many sad events in my life but this game, this end, will always make me sad... I heard once that you live life then once you die you dont go to heaven, you go home... So... Where is your home?
  • sigh this is a really sad song....
  • is our lives just a big video game?i mean bad things happen....people die.....people go then come back....problems are solved.....we have sad times and good times....people go on long journeys.....
  • I cried at this part.thumbs up for this game being the best out of others! bye bye pikachu.......
  • @Newhappy1225 my first pmd game was Blue for the DS.. I love it so much ;-;
  • @digipoke888 ikr?
  • @YamiScarlett
    you should have cried anyway.
  • i wish they had more sad/heartwarming momments like this in the main pokemon games in my opinion this was the most touching scence in any pokemon game before or since
  • Awesome, Beautiful.
  • anyone else think you could just shove this into a zelda game somewhere and no one would suspect it was from pokemon?
  • @CORNFORPRESIDENT
    the instruments would give it away for me.
  • This isn't as sad as the one on Explorer's of Time, Darkness and Sky music.
  • Zelda's Lullaby...
  • If there was one thing I could do as a kid one more time, it'd be to play this game for a whole day. Just to experience the strength, power, and brave spirit you and your partner experience again. Of course I'd do more then play this! But venture into an unknown world where everything is easier would be fine with me
  • If there was one thing I could do as a kid one more time, it'd be to play this game for a whole day.   • ]The first time I played this game i cried even after the credits. Its the only game thats made me cry and feel somthing. Props to you Nintendo.
  • @myshadowofnothing Actually Chun Soft, Nintendo had little to do with this game's development. Most of the work was done by Chun Soft and Gamefreak.
  • My heart is leaking tears. Title: I don't want to say goodbye, I think it is.
  • owh! only this game want to make me cry , (but im not cry, my heart is crying) but, one day i lost this game, im really sad , n now , im 18 , i want to play this game again, (i play at 11 to 13)
  • It's only the game that makes me cry.
    And, I want to say. If you guys play this and finish it once again.
    You would cry. And you will have no tears left in your eyes.
    That days i finished the game...
    I just cry, cry and cry...Until, That day is... gone.
    But, WHAT? I listen once more. It just....*sob*
    Oh no! I know...No one can get out from this sadness.
  • So much nostalgia to be had.
    Every time I beat the game, I cried at these songs.
    This game had such a deep meaning...
    I wish I could go back to 6 years ago when I first got the game, and play it again and again.
  • @Elssuh
    Woah, you stole my exact words. I would sit under the covers at night playing.....
    This song made me cry again........ wow.
    Nostalgia :3
  • Ive become bored of pokemon now but this game is the only 7th gen pokemon game that gets my time and attention
  • @SultanaKidStudios Now hold on a minute 7th gen? even the series has only reached 5th gen!
  • @Twilight053 the ds, 360 and psp started the 7th gen.this is the entire gaming era-wise
    but pokemon-wise this was realased during the third gen
    sorry for any confusion
  • Other than Mother 3, this game has made me cry the most.
  • I cried over this game and it's such a good story
  • this always makes me think of a person (im thinking a very good friend) slowly walking away from some awful event where they lost a close friend... the beat sounds like rhythmic footsteps to me... and while walking away, as they progress, they slowly break down and cry, eventually falling to their knees... why oh why didnt they remix this for pmd2!? T.T it fits so perfectly!!!
  • This game learned me to love...to feel...to know how to take a farwell...
    How to cry...for the first time...I cried........for days....
    Now I'm in a struggle...I want my girlfriend back...and this game reminds me what to do.....I just wanna say...I LOVE YOU!!
  • i love this song, i always took mudkip as my partner and when he looks so sad... I LOVE IT!!
