Vista sucks, you need to buy a pc that will run same crappy OS but slower. games are useles because they run faster and smoother on XP or mac, and consume less resources.

Also you buy a hi-end machine that curently is pretty much useles.. at least for the next 2 years..

Why does people keep on buying crappy or old PC's and expect vista to run good on it.  In fact it doesn't even have to be new. You just need compatibility. I got a 2 year old GT5464 (pretty low end, 1gb ram, on board video, 1.6 GHz processor) and I run lots of programs and games. I edit videos (Sony Vegas), CS3, Camtasia studio, Halo and Halo 2, and a lot other programs and games. All of them work well, run fast, Ive never had any errors or Blue Screens. BTW, have you actually used vista?

No, but friends with quad core, 4gb ram 512mb video card, installed XP, Vista and Windows 7, and told me that he'd rather use the Windows 7 beta than the Vista because it was very complicated to use, it's slow and looks like crap. I don't have Vista on my pc but I used a PC that had Vista installed and I didn't liked it..

Thank you, I personally think arguing about OS's is nerdy and stupid but I can not stand people making idiotic blatant statements about Vista and have no idea at all what there talking about, Vista runs very smoothly on compatible machines, my computer is running a 2.2 ghz dual core processor and 4GB of RAM, it obviously handles Vista perfectly, but I also have XP to dual boot and it runs about the same with XP, of course XP is alittle faster because it's simpler...

by the way, they did not put the luna theme on there last minute the reason why the classic theme is still there is because its good for people who sit at there computers for long hours doing nothing but typing in microsoft word programs etc, thats why most businesses use that theme - it doesn't strain your eyes after hours and hours
