I actually just got this game from Katsucon yesterday and honestly, I was like "Whoa what happened to the opening it's like...that old Dog Warriors anime I saw ages ago." then when I got to the actual gameplay it switched to the normal everyday anime style. Even though the opening is different its still pretty cool (and creepy all together) I like it and it's a lot better then anything I can do. I still hate the fact that the game is in Japanese with the occasional English.

I think the opening is just fine. It's beautiful. Yeah it was a bit of a shocker, but it's really really good. And knowing that the game itself goes back more to traditional .hack style, it shouldn't be criticized too heavily.

Far as to my knowledge hack//link didn't have such a "great" appeal to the people sales for link weren't near as close to from the original series and the GU series, so as of my knowledge it's only out in Japanese in PSP would've prob made a diff if it was made for the ps2 if so prob would hit the other countries in respective languages. Though I'm rather upset of it being for the psp, would've preferred ps2 since I don't own a psp and have no reason to do so for just one game

.Hack//The Movie will hit Japan theaters Jan 21st 2012...give it a good month or 2 after that then maybe it might be subbed, as for the game most likely might be on ps3 since the game will be in high 3D graphics and Cyber Connects has a good rep with Sony game, might not even be translated and sent over seas like Link. (Interesting fact, every Hack generation has a Kite character design in some way).

v Ugly People need their animations to be beautiful so they can feel the same as the animation. When In reality their 20 times uglier than how ugly they call this animation.. Honestly I appreciate the way they went with this style It's different shows deeper facial expression expressing the emotion vaguely of each Character :].... I have played and beat this game, long ass game! its a new age of "the World" the bad people in this video, forgot the group they are called was ordered to stop the .hackers they did that. they go back in time to change things, its your job to go back in time to help and save them once they are saved they are frozen like. during the game some of the members of the group help you out and at the end you find a painful truth about the "The World"
