The more bluesy licks sound spot on, but the string skipping arpeggios have a few rough spots. Don't get me wrong, you're an incredible guitarist, but maybe it would benefit you to take a look at some different picking patterns for those phrases. I'm pretty sure Paul prefers legato for those specific techniques.

I hate it when guitarists just hit the notes, without paying any attention to phrasing or feeling.

This isn't even slightly close to the piece by Gilbert. You have some simular notes (which you miss a lot btw), but it's nowhere near the melody or phrases of the original.

i wish this was an rg550.LOL.. i have my rg370dx repainted ,put a monkey grip on it,put a couple of IBZ dimarzio and replaced the fretboard with maple one..that's how I have my guitar modified:)
