I'm guessing your new to KOF. Mature(along with Vice) is Rugal's secretary. She is a wielder of Orochi. Rugal also gets the power of Orochi to some degree. That's why he and Mature have similar moves. Same goes for Vice. hope that helps.

Halfway through this video I realized that 1P doesn't know how to block. He's your typical mall scrub. He doesn't block a single move from 1:30 on and prolly the 1st half of this video. I was prolly too tired to notice sooner.
