Pony version is fantastic. Something about the strong use of color and close up character shots just conveys emotion better. This might be going overboard, but I'd say the editing is tighter as well. Just look at the first part; Ponycraft gets right to the point with an establishing shot and the overwhelming zerg attack. Within 20 seconds we know that Kerrigan is dead and we can switch focus to Raynor. I think Blizzards overuse of cuts and wide shots dampens the emotional content of the intro.

at 0:17 you can CLEARLY see that Spike's lips are synced better with the Dialogue than Matt (I think that was his name)

That's because that's not what he actually says right there, for the trailer they moved a lot of the lines around to scenes where they're no even said, like the part when Jim says "Lets get this Revolution into Overdrive", is in the wrong spot, among many other lines. It's weird, but I guess it was to make the trailer flow better.
