Trails riding. The bikes weigh very little and are similiar to bmx except they usually only have one brake. Tyres are usually at a very low pressure to aid jumping and balance. For a better rider type in danny mcaskill :)

Damn thats what i called skill, what a way to get up a steep hill and the rock jumping is totaly awsome shit and i thought doing big jumps on bmx bike was good this guy is legend.
