  • Never heard this song before, so moving, so inspirational - Thank you

  • Beautiful song and great clip. The Gospel of John is my favourite Jesus film. Thanks for making of this video and uploading! :)

  • I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. Today (January 16), this, John 1: 29-42, was read as our Gospel of the Day.

  • Wonderful song!

  • I discovered CCM in 85 and by that time it was so much good music out. I really love this song like I love The Cruse Family's "Harmony". Too bad djs will no longer play music from the early days of CCM. bilbo2shire

  • i LOVE your selections from bob bennett dave....keep them coming!

  • foxes have holes, but the son of man has no where to lay his head...

  • Beautiful song for our beautiful heavenly Father JESUS

JESUS i love you, having you i need NOTHING here on earth

Thank you for touching the spirit of Bob and giving him this song that was inspired through you gracious spirit

There is NO words to discribe you

Jesus you and only you are holy and worthy to recive power, glory, praise,

I can't wait for you to take control of this wicked world and prove to the world that..

"YOU ARE WHO YOU ARE" the holy god of isreal, the almighty God,the omega

  • @mmminmin02 this is Y God will not give the power of vengence to man. I can tell U like myself have tired of the meaness and wickness so many are getting away with for the time being. All these demons hurting the young and innocent and hiding behind imoral laws and countries that allow child prostitution. GOD knows we would condemn ourselves if we had power to punish others. bilbo2shire

  • @bilbo2shire What are you talking about. We do condem ourselfs when we disobey Jesus. Everytime we sin we offend JESUS & the father. Now there is NO EXCUSE FOR NO ONE in the world not to be saved. Its worse after we hear the word & turn our backs. The reason why the demons hurt the young is because people WILL NOT BELIVE that JEsus gives us power to expel them.People are more stubborn NOW more than ever.We ALL must be born of the holy spirit in order to recive such a power & of couse the eucharist

  • @Kassey963 AMEN !!! I have been saying this forever. I am glad, So glad to meet someone who knows. NOT ONLY do demons live in the young but in ALL kinds of people. Young & old alike.

  • @bilbo2shire AMEN !!!! But remember that demons live in young & old alike. They hide behind celebtiries movies, IN EVERYTHING WE SEE. People of this world are more stubborn & unbelieving than ever, thats why demons & satan remain undetected. Finallly someone out of millions that knows this.

  • what comment ?

I have been trying to get this song

    It makes me cry

    Crying is good, its healing

  • Absolutely Perfect!!

  • Another beautiful song from Bob Bennett. He has given us so many beautiful gifts of precious music: "Still Rolls the Stone"; "The Communion Rail"; "Lord of the Past"; "Man of the Tombs"; and many more. Thanks for creating this very special video! Thanks Bob for cherished music.

  • I love BOB BENNETT! What great vid to go with his song. THANKS!

  • "The Gospel of John" is a pretty cool adaptation - it's a word for word presentation of John. Not sure what translation though.

  • This is truly one of the most POWERFUL video's, I have ever seen !!! I watch it all the time with my 5 year old daughter, she is touched by it as well.

    thanks for posting this.

    God Bless You !!

  • Thanks for sharing this song and video. I have the album of some 25 years ago, but finding a record player is hard to do.

    Thanks again.

  • Thanks. Yes, I saw Bob's Comment. Gotta make ya feel pretty good!!

  • I have always loved this song (and most others of Bob Bennett). Glad I bumped into it tonight. A real blessing. What is the movie from which this clip is taken?

  • The movie is the Gospel of John. I am also a big fan of Bob Bennett's. Did you see his comment above?

  • Great song, great singer, great writer, great video!

  • Very nicely done. Thanks to whoever remember this old (as in 26 years old) tune ... and paired it with these well-chosen clips from the film. I get to hear the song all the time, so that's no big deal ... :-) ... but I would like to see the film now! With appreciation, Bob Bennett (On the web at BOB DASH BENNETT DOT COM.)

  • Thanks Bob for giving us this song, I have not heard it in over 25 years, but I always remembered it in my head, all the words, thanks again Bob

  • Oh boy, am I sharing this one on Facebook and MySpace! Yup, known it for A LONG TIME, almost from the start, I bet, and cherish it. I have sung it in church. It surfaced regularly in my mind. It's like a part of me. THANKS FOR THE SONG, BOB. Not bad for a school assignment... to create a song with that kind of staying power.

  • (Spirited ES again.....) ;-)

  • @brightav

Wow...I hear this tune in my head all the time from my youth. I sang it out loud in a counseling session the other day to a client (I am a pastoral psychotherapist) and she found this...amazing...Thanks Bob and Dave
