  • Open your ears here. This is tight, very tight. Horace knew tight, just like Mr. Holman. This is real big band jazz. PAY ATTENTION!

  • One of my all time favorite tunes; quintessesntial Holman! I have the CD by Charlie Shoemake and Holman's band. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that I'd be seeing the take in the recording studio. Thanks much to MyTime44 for this and all the other Shoemake/Holman charts.

  • when i was around 15 or 16, i wrote a tune that i called strollin', and i thought it was great. It wasn't. But this is. Sounds awesome. No need to say anything complicated. Its tasty
