Im using Sony Vegas Movie Studio 8.0 Platinum and have no secondary color corrector. Can this be done with the regular color corrector? If not is there a download for a secondary color corrector thats compatable with my version of vegas?

in vegas colour corrector secondary and then "desaturate all but red". thats a previous set up filter and only works with red then, like this clip here was done

For all you people who dont know how this was done :

this was done using a process called masking,i use sony vegas 8.0 pro for my masking

this process is very slow as it requires you to work almost frame by frame !

you can do the text in after effects by turning the text into a 3D layer. then add a 35 mm camera and rotate it anyway you want...

Try this. Video Fx - Color Corrector (Secondary). Then chose in "Preset:" Desaturate Highs. This will cut all colours except red.

no no no. to do this with any color invert the mask then set saturation to 0. then take the dropper and select the color you want. after that mess around with the lows and highs and stuff to get the effect.

You need to render them to a fileformat you like. Otherwise it'll just save your project with 'links' to your footage, wich can only be opened in Sony Vegas
