I don't think I've ever seen Nabeel really insulting Islam. He criticizes Islam and points out problems with it as he sees them but that's very different from being purposefully insulting. If Muslims are confident in what they believe, they should be able to deal with the arguments and criticisms on a rational level. That would dissolve whatever insult they perceive in the purportedly factual claims that people like Nabeel are making. Getting angry doesn't solve anything.
Doesn't really matter for the point that I was making, but I do know that he was an Ahmadi, which most Muslims don't accept as true Muslims. I don't think I've ever seen Nabeel really insulting Islam. He criticizes Islam and points out problems with it as he sees them but that's very different from being purposefully insulting. If Muslims are confident in what they believe, they should be able to deal with the arguments and criticisms on a rational level. That would dissolve whatever insult they perceive in the purportedly factual claims that people like Nabeel are making. Getting angry doesn't solve anything.

Doesn't really matter for the point that I was making, but I do know that he was an Ahmadi, which most Muslims don't accept as true Muslims. While his opinion seems to be that there are no good grounds to deny that Ahmadis are true Muslims, he nevertheless quite often does mention this detail about how many Muslims would strongly dispute the validity of the sect that he came from.
