Ecchi pretty much mean's dirty, so in anime's like these, all the woman are as attractive as possible, and all the males in the anime are put in situations that are sexually arousing to watch. It's not the same as hentai or porn cuz it usually only uses sexual innuendo's. So yeah all the girl's would are hot merely to trigger a sort of erotic fantasy, dude :P
