Hey. Were you faking in this? Cos if you weren't you look exactly like me when I'm sleeping, or maybe not sleeping. I can never get to sleep. If you go on my channel and onto my comments page there is one of me saying I can't get to sleep! Xx
@tannguyen1981 I've had many, even saw and felt past pets. When your between waking up and still asleep, like between Lvl 3 and 1 sleep but not 2 and when the brain can comprehend outside information (TV is on), you can be in a videogame or TV show and live it without noticing. Things like regularly waking up for half an hour then going back to sleep or simply wanting to can help it happen.
Oh Beckie my friend, this is not good ... not the video - the vid is fine, interesting. But rather your inability to get a restful nights sleep. Even with time-lapse, this is a lot of restlessness. (and chatter - ha) Some how, you need to find a way to clear your mind and relax, before going to bed. Maybe more comfortable pajamas would help... ^__^ <3
Thats amazing. I recorded myself sleeping before, it only went on for an hour though -__- But I didnt move or anything. I may do it again and see what I get out of it :L
Its weird when people sit up or speak during their sleep, my little brother does it he often asks me questions when he's asleep or shouts at me :L x
@Beckie0 That's incredible! :D I love that you have recorded this. It's not in chronological order, right?
I feel sorry for you for having these nightmares! It must be hard, since you can't anything about it. Maybe you should go talk to someone who can help? :) I don't know :/
Beckie have you ever talked to a doctor or someone of that caliber, explaining everything and maybe even showing them the full video of this, to see if these "nightmares" are really nightmares and not night terrors? Because after watching this, I got a strong feeling that I should mention this to you.
This is more than just "really interesting..." as many of the comments have it.
If you have "many nightmares," and to the degree that it is affecting your daytime life, then I again recommend -- good -- talk therapy. I know you've ruled that out, and will ignore this, so just delete it. If you can live with them, great. It's your life, Beckie.
i found this very interesting, in the good way :) because people tell me i flail and things such as these too, i think i'll do the same! thanks beckie :)
I tried to film myself sleeping one time, but didn't have a good enough battery for my cam corder and it only lasted about 2 hours. I might try this sometime as I find it interesting.

The thing I wish was in this now I watch it again was a clock. If I do a copycat video I need to make sure I do that.
