  • hookah where you been love Lafayette lol

  • Can anyone understand what Joe Manganiello is saying he was a big fan of at the end?

  • @VampiireLouiise He said he was a fan of Kiefer Sutherland's character in the movie The Lost Boys. :)

  • @xXkrazykitsuneXx Thanks! :)

  • Oh goodness...poor Ms Harris, what a let down!!! I thought the question was going to be for her too!

  • rutina is so beautiful!

  • hggh

  • in case ur wondering what the person in the beggining asked, it was if holly will have a big role, i think

  • @BenEggz Actually, it's Hallow (you'll understand if you've read the books)

  • in case ur wondering what the person in the beggining asked, it was if holly will have a big role, i think

  • True Blood is the first book adaptation i've seen that changes a LOT of the original story but makes it better instead of worse. The books are great, I really love them. But the series is better because it extends the story of the books introducing plots for the other characters and showing us their POV. And I don't think the love story has been changed THAT much. We have to wait season 3 to end to actually say that, as it's in the end of book 3 that it all changes between Sookie and Bill.

  • tara was so funny in season 1

  • @PashminaAfgan so true, and now she just isn't.

  • "lafayette" seems bored

  • No one said Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise? lol I thought the were good.... they were the first stylish vampires..... not just ghouls...

  • @MsAKSfan oh, what about that guy in Queen of the Damned? He was pretty hot... especially when he was on stage singing.... he has some boyish charm goin' on there! LOL

  • ty for upload!

  • personally i'm a eric/sookie fan, but I don't see how Eric and Sookie can end together in the show. In the books yeah, but in the show Eric is such a jerk sometimes..

  • Go Joe with the lost boys comment <3

  • what does stephen say when that girl asks about their favourite vampires? i cant make it out

  • @BecauseItTurnsMeOn he says "there are other vampires out there?"

  • Alan Ball looks contstantly bored ^^

  • Hell yeah keep Sookie and Bill together don't break them up plz . And I'm glad its like 2 separate stories now

  • what was the question at the beginning

  • The whole cast and crew are so charming and funny. Serious group of awesome people. Plus, they're surprisingly well-read on the vampire than I thought they'd be. I haven't heard of the Korean one.

  • my fav vamp will always be Lestat

  • That definitely sounds like Charlaine will end her books with Sookie and Eric together, which I really like. As for the show...I don´care as much, really. They´ve already changed a lot and the characters and the dynamic between them is quite different, so I wouldn´t really mind a Bill/Sookie ending, I guess.

  • yeeey alan ball mentioned eli from let the right one in ^^ :):) one of the best (vampire) movies every made

  • "Soulmates" doesn't mean they're destined to be together guys, or even that they're gonna STAY together. I mean someone can be your soulmate and just not be "right" for you at the same time. A soulmate is someone you're bound to, someone you can't help but be drawn to, whereas someone's "true love" is more the person who IS right for you. The person who makes you happy to be in love. So while I think that Bill and Sookie are soulmates, I also think they're not meant to be together.

  • @OroronNChiaki4Ever For me, soulmates and true love mean the same thing. ANd Alan said their love is genuine and true, and that he roots for them.

But as you said, that doesn't mean they will be together all the time, so we'll see...

The books & the show are two different versions of a story, and the characters evolve differently. In the show, I believe Sookie belongs with Bill (and for me, in the books as well).

  • what does he mean he doesn't know he makes the show! he can make rainbows pop out and everybody sing kumbiya

  • Thank You Charlene, people need to listen up and enjoy the show and the books as 2 different entertainment experiences,if you do you will find pleasure in watching the show and the reading the books.

  • You have to love lafayette and pam!!!!!

  • @elvisranger I know, they are my fav characters! The make whole the show and deliver the best lines.

  • I am so glad that two members of the True Blood panel mentioned the movie 'Let The Right On In.' It is one of my favorites movies of all time. See it soon, if you love True Blood.

  • Bwah! - "I don't want to explain why our vampires are aging."

  • I am not going to get into an argument here about books vs show. You want to watch the show as a standalone, that's fine. The fact is, it's based on a 10 book series that many readers are heavily invested in. I don't have a problem with AB's show going off in different directions, I do resent the fact that the characters are being pulled along for his interpretation. Keep the characters true, keep the identity, their strengths intact. They are not.

  • @nycsnowbird Agreed. I love that AB is taking some liberties in making True BLood different. However, considering that the love interests that come into Sookie's lives and the betrayal of said love interests are what shapes Sookies character and the other stories, I do not like how he states Bill and Sookie are soul mates. As an Eric/Sookie fan or even Sam/Sookie, Alcide/Sookie, or Quinn/Sookie it's kind of a slap in the face. There are many Bill hating book fans that won't like this at all.

  • @zygrom22 I'm so glad I did not read the books because True Blood is such a great show. Alan Ball has really brought this world to life. It's totally believable and it just keeps getting better and better with every episode. As a viewer I am in full agreement with Ball, Bill and Sookie really are soulmates. Only a moron would find that comment offensive because he's simply being honest. Ball isn't taking some "liberties" with the books, he owns this world now! You need to get over it!

  • @hotram1 Why would only a moron find that offensive? When you base a show on a popular book series and then make major changes to the love storyline it's perfectly reasonable to dislike it. If you didn't read the books, good for you. But, there are those of us that did that find is surprising with the way he's handling the love story. Just because he does it, doesn't mean we have to love it. and I meant he's taking liberties with the original storyline, which he is.

  • @nycsnowbird The fact is, True Blood is based on a 10 book series. Period!Anyone heavily invested in the books better understand these are 2 different entertainment experiences. CH sold the rights to AB so True Blood is his version of her story. She thinks AB is terrific. She has nothing but love for the show and no one is more heavily invested than her! True Blood is areally enjoyable, the characters are well written, and the show really works. You're bitter for no reason.

  • @nycsnowbird Having read all the books, I find Alan Ball's twists interesting and refreshing. I mean, that's what keeps me watching the show! I wouldn't want to watch it if it followed the books religiously

  • First he said he was following the books, then he was being true to the books, then he had the books SPIRIT being followed. Why this man bought the rights to a book series he has no intention of following, that he plunders the characters from in name only but guts the characterizations, motivations and hearts of is angering, frustrating and a waste of talent and money. I wish he'd made his own series from scratch instead of destroying Charlaine's.

  • @nycsnowbird i like the fact the two are separate. and the show to me is like very awesome and well-acted fanfiction. you shouldn't watch the show -should have stopped in season 2 when Lafayette wasn't in that Andy's car - if you're so upset.

  • Bill and sookie are soulmates WTF!!!!???
