hey i was wondering i have a 03 wolverine just got free and it needs a battery and the key is with it good condition no paint ruined no cracks came with a hmf powercore pipe in it and the trottle and front brake wont move what do you think is worng with it

@ccmadmoney did it sit for a long time cuz the cables might be rusted
