  • Definitely agree w spiralings!

  • Thanks to milk every man knows what it's like to have a pair of breasts on their chests. No regrets. lol

  • I chuckled at the all the flaws in such a short video. Then, I was literally ROFL. Now I must drink my milk.

  • Im gunna make a tall glass of chocolate milk!

  • every time my friend says to his 4 year old, "what do you want to drink? Milk?", I say "what kind of milk? Rat milk? Dog milk? Buffalo milk?" Don't most things that give live birth produce milk? I find it very weird that we drink cows milk as the norm when we are 8 years old, but a human mother who breast feeds her kid at 3 years old is thought of as really odd. At least its the same species

  • when you say that they are kept in crowded pens you show pics of cattle used for beef NOT dairy cows. im not disagreing but im not agreing either. ive drank more than 2 glasses of milk a day my whole life. im not fat or sick. infact i dont think i could be much more healthier than i am.

  • How does organic milk compare ???

  • This video made me start drinking coconut milk

  • Thank you, corlin ;)

you did a great job with this video, thank you thank you!! :)

  • Eat calcuim rich foods and you won't get cancer. Cows milk takes away our natural calium leaving the body open to illnesses. Goats milk is rich and creamy and naturally good. Cancer cannot grow in an oxygen rich body. Balance your PH levels and eat lots of calcium rich foods and live longer. The Medical Industry wants us sick..and lies to us about cancer. Google this ..it's all there. Thats if the Government doesn't block all this information. Tell everyone u know.

  • @cheekyoziechick cows milk doesnt take away your natural calcium i asked my doctor.

  • go organic to be safe.

  • Good work!

  • Great video.

  • For calcium and calcium absorption, try plants such as broccoli and kale. We don't need milk nor soy nor any alternatives. Go straight to the plant.

  • is milk without rbgh, anti-biotics, pasteurization and homogenization from grass fed cows good to drink?

is soy milk a good alternative?

if it is, is gmo soy milk safe?

  • I've seen many complaints about my 'baseless' facts here and decided to add some references as annotations.

  • I grew up on a dairy - 500 cows. What is said in this report is completely TRUE! Of course my parents tried to give me milk, but I would just get sick in different ways. I was stopped from drinking milk by the age of 5, but of course I was breast feed. I completely eliminated all dairy from my diet by the age of 15 (became vegan). I am strong and healthy at the age of 45.

  • Obviously educated in public schools. If cows eat grass from a pasture naturally, it's healthy as can be.

  • Thank you, my Fellow American! I live here in the middle of the dairy industry here in Michigan, and if people could only smell where their milk comes from that alone might change peoples' minds. But, thank you my Free American Brother.

  • We barely absorb the calcium in cow’s milk (especially if pasteurized), but to make matters worse, it actually increases calcium loss from the bones. Dairy acidifies the body pH which in turn triggers a biological correction. Calcium is an excellent acid neutralizer and the biggest storage of calcium in the body is In the bones. Same calcium that our bones need to stay strong is utilized to neutralize the acidifying effect of milk. Once calcium is pulled out it leaves the body via the urine.

  • @InfofitBC Well said!!

  • I switched to almond milk, its way better!

  • @espasimo

lovely vid, can you list your sources. i would love to read them as well.

  • @itsmegabbyc Thanks! I just added sources as annotations.

  • @itsmegabbyc yes please do because i dont beleive one flippin word.

  • Oh and thankyou for letting me know that I pay for doctors to tell me milk is good oh and dude when you were talking about the poop half of the pictures WERENT EVEN FLIPPIN DAIRY COWS THEY WERE BEEF COWS!

  • @4hgirl330 You can pass right by dairy farms and the cows look just like the pics he was showing. The one pic looked like beef cows, but the holsteins were all milk cows. You don't have to go to the farms to know exactly what is going on. Industry wide these practices have been documented. There may be some good farmers, but why would they question the integrity of the smartly dressed Monsanto rep? They promise them the world.

  • Excuse me this is 100% lies!!! I am a proud dairy farmer where did you get this information? How many farms did you go to? How many farmers did you interview exactly so before you start telling lies get the real facts.

  • Well well done young man!!! I am very impressed, I have been saying all of this for years. I am posting your video on my website. Thank you for your excellent part in spreading this knowledge!

  • i have already started, no dairy no meat no man made food for me. all grains veg & fruits this video absolutely makes sense i love it when plp fight against big corporations

  • Here are three books that support this young man's documentary: "Don’t Drink your Milk" by

Frank Oski, MD. Physician-in-Chief, Johns Hopkins Children's Center. "Devil in the Milk" the first internationally published book to examine the link between a protein in the milk we drink and a range of serious illnesses, including heart disease, diabetes, autism and schizophrenia. And the world famous "China Study" by Dr. T Colin Campbell.

  • Grade 8 made this video? Impressive...

  • Did I miss something? Or did this video neglect to mention how to get what cow's milk was supposed to be good for us, but without having to drink cow's milk?

I believe this vid lacks a proper solution to replacing cow's milk with something more healthy.

  • @DancingSpiderman Try soy milk and things of the sort. The truth is, though, Humans lived just fine for thousands of years without the help of milk. Plenty of people today live healthy lives without drinking milk.

  • @espasimo Yes, I know... my question was merely a rhetorical one.

This drinking of cow's milk; it is strictly an American TV commercial brain-washing thing... the American Dairy Association put on TV commercials beginning several decades ago in order for the Dairy Industry to make money.

I don't need cow's milk for healthy strong bones any more than I need woman's breast milk. Kale, broccoli, spinach and other vege all have plenty of cowsemen & Vitamin D for to grow and maintain strong bones.

  • @DancingSpiderman Sorry..hadn't read farther down to see you other comment....my bad.

  • @Racquelle40 I totally gree, Racquelle40... If we eet more-or-less the same green plants (vege) that those beautiful cows eet... then we also will get our requisite cowsemen and also Vitamin D for to get our strong healthy bones and cardiovascular system.

  • @espasimo Soy milk is probably the WORST option you can get!!! If you want to replace your milk go for some Green vegetables. I personnaly take vegetables and chia seeds, those seeds are just insanely good for you body.

  • Comment removed

  • @DancingSpiderman Well, if you had any smart bone in your damn you would know that the smart solution the being healthy is to stop drinking milk

  • @DancingSpiderman why do we need someone to tell us what to replace it with? IF we don't need it at all, then why do we need a replacement. For this being made by a kid in the 8th grade, I think this was an amazing video!

  • @NaturalFarrier You have missed the point, little buddy. I know -- reading comprehension is difficult sometimes.

We do NOT need to drink cow's milk; but our body requires the nutrients CowSemen and VitaminD for to build strong bones. The American Dairy ASSociation told us that the nutritive aspect is why we should be drinking milk. But we can get CowSemen and VitaminD WITHOUT drinking cow's milk by eating green leafy vege. That is the point to take away from this discussion.

  • @DancingSpiderman there is other sources of calcium from green vegetables.

  • @xenoc Of course there are other sources of cowsemen. Just Google "cowsemen and Vittamen D" for strong bones and healthy cardiovascular simpsons.

  • The narrator's voice sounds like Beavis and ButtHead's teacher, Mr. Van Driessen

  • mate you need to get a life that video is so wrong, i live on a farm and no of that is true. you probs live in the city so you now nothing about what go's on.

  • You are a freaking idiot, that has no clue what you are talking about................I guess you will say anything for a A in class....

  • This was a very good video made by a grade 8! Nice job.

  • Lactose intollerent means being healthy: reacting good to a product one should not consume.

  • does this video have any sources cited?

  • @wiiam4 who cares about citing, just so you can look at a source of a government funded study?

  • @wiiam4 now it does :) look at the annotations

  • @wiiam4 Do some homework, there's plenty of sources and data on the subject

  • Good propaganda if you are against intensive farming. Noble cause. 75% lactose intolerance is in Native Americans....or 90% in Asians and it means they will get sick drinking it....so doh...they could drink a variety which has had the lactose molecule "cleaved".

In NZ, Australia, Europe etc the rbST (orBGH) hormone is banned and not in local use or for export.

I realise this is for local USA consumption but in Australia etc cows live on the farm outdoors all year round.

  • same goes with anyother animal on this planet no? same with fruits and vegs since they get sprayed with crap. So basicly everything's unhealthy these days even the air we breath. sadly :/

  • I conclude that what is really bad is not milk in itself, but what man has done to cows and milk...

  • Comment removed

  • @Djarka18 You should do some more research, your conclusion is not quite accurate. Milk is not bad, for the species it's meant to feed. Cow's milk is FANTASTIC....for baby cows. Humans should have HUMAN MILK until they're weaned and then we no longer need it, can't properly digest it and it shouldn't be a part of our diet.

  • @Djarka18 You are right with this what mankind has done to cows,... but please imagine this scene:

You are drinking the food for a BABY COW!!!!

It is like you give a cow´s baby the milk of a human!!!

    Is there anything more unnaturally????!!!!

  • Well done!! So how did your school react to your documentary?

  • @Racquelle40 Everybody said they would never drink milk again, but a couple days later they had forgotten about their promise and continued to drink milk. I got an A tho. And some most outstanding student award

  • @tornato7 Change doesn't come very easily to most people. How about you; I assume you're not a milk drinker? So what inspired you to do a negative documentary on milk?

  • @Racquelle40 No, I don't drink milk. My parents raised my on a milk-free diet and as I grew older I wanted to know if I was missing some vital nutrients or something from it, so I did my research, came up with this.

  • the Weston A Price Foundation says that High Saturated fat diets are healthy like Tobacco Companies tell us Tobacco wont cause cancer even though they do. study after study proves that Milk is unhealthy. i would not consider Weston the "truth" plus humans never need cows milk. humans are the only species that drink milk from another species. raw milk has cholesterol and animal protein witch takes calcium out of the bones. it isn't healthy. SOY MILK IS BETTER AND THE ESTROGEN WONT HARM YOU!

  • I drink very little now. My kids hate it..but I told them the Government don't care about our health..only money. Wake up people!! They can't lie to us anymore..why? We have the truth of the internet. :)

  • So show me some evidence they do this in the USA ok???? processed meat into dairy feed that is.

  • =(

  • A disingenuous film attacking the product not how it’s produced and processed. It’s like saying potatoes are bad for you after conducting studies on those who only eat fries or potato-chips. Milk studies are invariably conducted on those who consume pasteurised milk products, hence the skewed data. Lactose intolerance is intolerance to pasteurised milk products. Read the Untold Story of Milk (Dr. Schmid), esp. if you’re a parent, teacher or a paediatric doctor and then decide. God Bless.

  • So if milk is so bad, cheese, milk-chocolate, yoghurt, ice cream etc is all bad????

  • @smoky2004 Yes

  • Comment removed

  • That's why I only drink rice milk!

  • your a retard

  • @BlueCollarBoys1 That's a pretty ironic statement, considering you said "your" when you should have used "you're"

  • @Lamar933 What are you an English teacher? Get a life.

  • good so far young lad but where are your references? they would have made it much more educative and it shouldnt be too hard for you to get hold of em since you done a report on it. good try

  • @clknish i've done the research on this too for a huge college paper that was 30 pages long. I was astounded that this 8th grade kid was able to hit all the points here accurately. This is all 100% true. If you do the research, you will find he is right.

  • @hoisteroyster thanks for the confirmation

  • @clknish

    - 75% population LACTOSE intolerant

    - Cows 5% US population but use 70% of all drugs coz sick of their food

would be grateful if someone can at least help me get hold of references for these two quotes. as teachers it is essential for us before we deliver. thanks

  • @clknish searching exactly what you wrote on google brings me to some references

  • @clknish See my comment below and read Dr Schmid’s Untold Story of Milk: real eye-opener. Most studies conducted on pasteurised milk products are no more no less propaganda tools. Son and I have been drinking raw and (sour – more easily digested by adults) milk for 6 months and never felt better. Son’s behaviour and concentration improved. IBS has disappeared but comes back when I consume pasteurised products like cheese. Important you find a good supply source of raw milk. Good luck.

  • You're right about some of the things, especially about factory production, advertizing, etc. Go look at the Weston A. Price Foundation if you want the real information about milk. Raw milk is the only safe and nutritious milk that should be used by people. There's not been one death in the US from drinking raw milk for the past 75 years. Not true about pasteurized milk. Go look it up.

  • if 1 section of four quarters of a cows udder had any antibiotics in it even in a 1000 cow herd it would be detected and all the milk would be dumped and the farm fined heavily, because it contaminates the entire truckload, often from several farms.

cows get sick off their feed? where did you get this info, never heard this anywhere.

the images of the cows listed knee deep in manure would be condemned if you ever see cows in this condition call your state vet and tell them about it

  • The large amounts of antibiotics are not actually given to the cows because they are sick, it is routine in most herds to put antibiotics in the udders at the dry off period this reduces the chances of mastitis then after about 3 or 4 milkings after they calf the cows no longer have any antibiotics in them that we can detect anyway,

  • Feed is mainly corn silage and lots of minerals and vitamins, I have no idea where you heard that they are fed feces, this would make them sick and less productive?

  • @eranredick

They used to process chicken slurry into dry pellets that were fed to cows. Least in the UK anyway

  • It is no longer legal to feed cows other animals, due to bse aka mad cow disease causes.

rBst use is under reported as farmers only have to PLEDGE they don't use it for say Ben and Jerrys ice cream, that does not mean that they don't, because you cannot

detect it in the milk with any tests. I think it is illegal to claim that the cows used to make a product have not been given the synthetic hormone rBST.

  • the majority of what you said is absolute garbage. Especially dairy nutrition. You should get an education about animals and animal production before you spout this crap.

  • Real talk.. i'm telling you my aunt has been drinking 2 glasses of milk a day for the past 20 years. Since then she has gained over 200 lbs, she's gotten really pale, and she has all these large black blots on her skin, she's also become a quadruped, and developed a large hoove at the end of each of her limbs.. may she get better soon :'(

  • GREAT VIDEO!

  • this is only true with pasteurized milk

  • What's the point of saying all milk has manmade hormones in it?

Obviously not all cows get rBGH; as I understand, about 18% of USA cows had it (still too much).

I think it's great that someone in Grade 8 cares this much (though why put a title on the video saying how old you are? Is that a get out jail free card? or you just want people who disagree not to use swearwords? or you just want people to be more impressed? I don't tell everyone I'm 25 when I give them my opinion on stuff)

  • I never drank milk before lucky me

  • I dunno about the cow feed thing. I think that may be a myth. But I know that calves are required to be separated at birth from their mothers for health reasons because they "might get disease," and I think that's utter bologna and won't be any part of that. That's why I'm dairy-free.

  • This is an interesting and thought-provoking video BUT it is somewhat misleading and viewers should be cautioned that many of the concerns highlighted in the video apply only to the American dairy industry, as other countries in Europe and Canada have very different (i.e., stricter) standards on milk production and outright ban the use of growth hormones in milk. Canadian milk and cheese is significantly safer than American dairy products.

  • @Walneylad Either way, the only milk we should drink is our own mother's and only when we are babies just like every other species.

  • 6. Drugs: 100 percent legitimate cause for concern, apperently drug residues in american milk isn't all that uncommon.

But... It's impossible to become "immune" to an antibiotic, either the author oversimlified it, or he doesn't know what he's talking about.

  • 3. Cancer: I've seen studies show both higher and lower risk of cancer because of milk consumption. Can't really draw a definite conclusion there either.

    4. Cows food: That's why the consumers should buy ecological products.

    5. Skin and blood in milk: Sure, gross. But is it actually harmful? Probably not.

Another fun fact: The average person eats about 1 pounds of insects a year in their food, and also swallows about 10 insects a year in their sleep...

  • 1. I can't find a single credible source that suggests that calcium in milk would be indegistible.

I can on the other hand cite Cambridge university:

"it was shown that the Ca was less well absorbed from watercress soup than from skimmed milk"

But, pasteurized milk is acidic, which means it can help ruin the bodies PH. A good intake of fruits and vegetables is needed to correct that.

    2. Hormones: Sure that's a cause for concern. But is there any study to show that it's actually bad for humans?

  • @lAmWatchingYou fruits and veges are acidic

  • @loki13372471

You're absolutely right. However, they are alkaline forming once they've been metabolized by the body.

Sorry if I was unclear (which I was).

  • Milk has blood, feces, pus, bacteria, and viruses. Milk is unhealthy and gross. It can have rBST and rBGH.

  • i luv cows milk i would suck it straight from the udder. lol thats right report me to the cow police

  • More people need to educate themselves on what's going on with the world. Kudos for this video

  • damm so now i gotta give up chocolate

  • I loved your video :)

I never liked milk and my mom was okay with it, so I was like why?? and now I get it...

I mean if you can't suck a dog's you know what, how can you drink cow milk?

  • Citations needed!

  • @odantoro Check out "The China Study" by T. Colin Campbell - he's a scientist that's done the research, and it backs up every claim in this video. It's a bit dry and scientific at points, but it's well worth the read.

  • You are very correct, sadly most people in the world are ignorant and set in their ways!

  • stop making videos for things don't exist....first of all you have the same idea in your head about kiling cows because they produce gas that makes worst greenhouse phenomenon..my friend never drink milk and i drink 1 liter per day...i am strong and he is ready to brake down...you say that milk has hormones...these hormones are some products that produced by american nutrition and pharmaceutical producer...in Europe i live they are banned..so i don't have this problem..STOP HELP ECOLOGISTS PLAN!

  • @galanisj so your buff like big (football player status)? ok Question 1: do you work out?

Question 2: does your friend workout? and also why do we drink cow's milk? i don't see deer's or monkeys or any other species going through cow's junk and sucking it out for there joy and so they can be "healthy and strong"..So why are we the only species that do this?

  • @Chris151495 1)i play football at university team and study at mechanichal engineering also when i have time help at our family business.. i'm 1,92 and 81 kilos...

2)deers are eating grass...monkeys don't drink milk because they don't have way to have it...from Messopotamia ages and until now humanity use as main food the milk of cows...you must learn that products like milk are results of nutrition..if american give drugs, hormons, blood, recycling material of living animals as food

  • @galanisj Exactly you work out! So that's why your buff. It's not that MILK!. Does your friend work out? Also because someone is doing or eating something you assume it's healthy for your body? And how are any product's by cow's milk healthy for us? Please explain how milk make's our body better..

  • @Chris151495 so all them go through milk to your body....i never count monkeys brain and deers as examples of our nutrition..if you believe they are too clever and also we come from those animals..ok don't drink milk...but in a few years you must take drugs for osteoporosis!

  • @galanisj your right there not on our brain level there apparently smarter than us.. And i wasn't just referring to these animals i mentioned but every other species. Why are we the only one's that drink milk? and well see who needs to use drugs for osteoporosis.. My teacher in high school tells us about the corruption in the U.S and he does not drink milk he is in his late 60's and he is able to run a mile non-stop and his shape is perfect n he doesn't look like his bones are even close to break

  • So any idea what we should drink instead of cows milk?

  • @Issaland soy milk or almond milk.. Almond milk actually has Calcium and soy milk has other minerals and stuff that helps your system..Search them up bro and find out which one you want and YOU as a human DETERMINE which one is better..Never drink or eat or do something just because someone says its a good thing or that its good for you =) You should be able to make the right decision for yourself

  • @Chris151495

Soy contains high levels of phytic acid as well as phytoestrogens among other things, I'm not saying it's necessarily unhealthy, but I wouldn't eat or drink that shit on a day to day basis...

  • @lAmWatchingYou Thanks for telling this..I didn't know about it..So i researched it..THANKS MAN!

  • @Issaland water. It's good for you. As for getting your calcium and protein needs, if you're eating a variety of fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, nuts, and whole grains, you'll get every nutrient your body needs - and often in a more absorbable form for your body. Check out the book The China Study. It will convince you that milk is unnecessary at best and toxic at worst.

  • lahat nalang ba? ano na lang kakainin natin?

  • I'd like to see your references. Until then its all BS, and Internet/Wikipedia is not a reliable reference.

  • @123123bradbrad I'd like to see your resources for why cows milk is good?

  • @Chris151495 I never said cows milk was good. But my milk isn't red with blood, or have skin floating in it. I just don't believe everything I read/watch unless it has sources/references.

  • @123123bradbrad Agreed..And your obviously not going to see blood because the blood is what the cows eat..and i also don't believe anything i see/read as-well even if it has so called "sources" which is why i research it myself to find out..So the only way you will find out is if you research it =)

  • What about yoghurt?!

  • @Seyrana Dairy product so therefore bad specially since they put other crap in yogurt

  • wow can't believe you made that in 8th grade, great work man.

  • This is a great documentary is there anyway i can translate this in Spanish so my mom could understand it better?

  • I LOVE MILK, but they put all kind of crap in our food that makes it bad for you, makes you not want to eat or drink anything. To each his own, if you want to keep drinking milk, then do it. I personally am going to transition to non dairy milk

  • If milk is soooo bad for you then how did the Mongols create the largest empire in history on a diet that largely consisted of milk and milk products. It was a great advantage to them that they could source their food quickly (mares milk from the horses they were riding). They were strong and healthy people. I think you need some milk mate, you look unhealthy. But make sure it's grass fed raw milk from healthy cows not that processed feedlot shit. I agree with you on that part.

  • @TheRtlillico A mare is a horse, not a cow. Most people in America drink cow's milk. I actually looked it up and horses have milk closest to humans' that's probably why they were "strong, healthy" people. Cow's milk IS hard to digest that's why some people are lactose intolerant because the sugar in the cow's milk won't break down in some people

  • Thank you for the information. My whole family has stopped drinking cows milk and we feel much better.

  • @thephleblady

How can you feel so much better? Just curious (:

  • i like at the end you put pics of beef cattle and roughage is good for cows nobody feeds there cows dried blood or fecies i just can not get over this so called documentary it is people like u that are fucking up this country and every body that is saying that milking is bad and farming is bad and the dumb fucks at PETA or what ever it is they will kill this country i cant talk anymore this just really pissed me of

  • @stinkey750 You sound like your in denial or your just one of the corporate fucks trying to brainwash people through this comment .. Because if you research the so called "farmers" do fed the cows w/e they can find and the cheapest and most of the times its there own shit, with there blood, and left over meet from cows, pigs,or chicken..People like him are going to save this country people like you are in denial or your a corporate fuck that wants people to stay asleep

  • @Chris151495 fuck u i run a farm we got 73 cows and i know for a fact that there is no blood and no shit in our feed i will make a vid on my farm show u that there is good farmers out there

  • @stinkey750 wo wo wo calm down cowboy.. i understand i'v seen good farmers but the so called farmers that make the milk that is the fridge of lets say wal-mart,Stater Bros,Food 4Less,Ralphs,Vons, ETC.. Do exactly what this video is saying.. and i also understand you treated the cows nice and w/e but that still doesn't even make cow milk good for humans.. Your better off with soy milk or almond milk..That actually helps your system instead of taking stuff away like cow's milk

  • Respond to this video... with that said Occupy America

  • Comment removed

  • AND cows have been bred with HUMAN DNA so that they willproduce more milk. . . investigate.

  • I see it that many people are bias vegans and are against milk so they make inaccurate statements towards the effects of milk while in all reality more than half their statements are false.

  • this bull shit i milk cows and u must have got your info from a crack head have u ever been to a fram all of this stuff you r saying is wrong i have never heard that the milker could pull skin off and they do have filters befor the milk gets into the tank and if it was not for the framing and milking of cows there would be no USA

  • As a cheesemaker I actually understand milk biology and production standards. I can tell you that this video is factually incorrect. Many "facts" simply untrue or taken out of context. The 500 character limit here is just not enough...

I do however think it is important to know that not all milks and all cows are the same and that consumers, animals and the environment stand to benefit from responsibly-made milk and traditional animal welfare. It's been around 8,000 years and not going anywhere.

  • MILK SHOULD BE DRANK BY ANYONE! listen, im vegan, got milk is put out by milk industrys and is actually really bad for you...THERE ARE WAYYYY better ways to get your calcium....ok i should probubly watch the video now haha

  • Where is the science behind any of these accusations? This is why people get so confused and frustrated...complete crap of information...

  • @katedfitness you probably believe in the "American Dream" too still, huh? lol

  • Half the comments here state that the video is inaccurate. How is anyone supposed to know what to believe when everyone seems to have their own agenda? Is it healthy or not? Is it cruel or not? Who are we supposed to believe?

  • so much misinformation in this video, i would have failed you.

    bad editing

    bad narration

skinny kid telling people not to drink milk

  • All I Can Say Right Now... Vegan Pride! (:

  • Being a dairy farmer, I would be very disturbed too if this video actually was accurate. My cows are very healthy, not on hormones, and clean. I would never sell any milk as filthy as your video discribes.

  • I am so very glad I stopped drinking cow milk. All the stomach problems that I had suffered from for more than twelve years have completely vanished since I stopped drinking cow milk. After three weeks without cow milk, I realized that I have so much more energy than before. Furthermore, my nose which before was often blocked, functions perfectly well now. I fully recommend a diet free of cow milk.

  • this is crazy. I wish I knew what percentage was factual. very disturbing stuff here.

  • 1:52 not in Argentina. Argentinian cows ftw

  • I am commenting about the dairy industry in Australia, and have no knowledge of it in America. The dairy industry is suffering here due to supermarkets selling milk from 1$ a litre, and I cannot see how it could pay off other companies. And there's my input.

  • The suction cup comment may have some basis in truth- but very little. The suction is created from a belt driven vacuum pump, which requires testing and tuning to maintain safe operating. There have been cases where there has been a malfunction in the pump, causing the vacuum to increase in pressure and some nasty things have happened- but, that milk does not get into your cups of tea and coffee in the morning.

  • I've worked at dairy farms before and have been to almost all dairy farms in the south west of Australia due to my father's occupation as a dairy farm technician. I can safely say the comments made about the cows feed, the skin and blood from the suction caps and terribly generic comments about the dairy industry bribing and paying off other companies is false. Whilst faecal matter may enter the feed buckets at some stage, remember that cows eat and defecate on the same grass.

  • and the "antibiodics" and crap they only do that to cows that are sick. THER MILK DOESNT GO INTO THE VAT IT GOES IN THE DRANE. classic idiot

  • acually no the suction cups dont suck so hard skin and blood goes into your milk i put my finger in a suction cup once i didnt take my skin off LMAO plus if anyone says mabye they didnt turn the suction up more theres no such thing as turning it up. I milk cows so dont tell me whats right and wrong mate

  • Pasteurized milk and any milk with added man made hormones is bad for you because what they put in the milk to preserve it . Raw organic grass fed cows milk is good for you . What God put on this earth to eat and drink is good for you but when man steps in and pasteurizes it or adds stuff to it becomes bad . Genetically modified food are also bad because they tampered with it and made it bad for you.

  • many cows in britain are out to pasture you have to stop for them to cross the road from the field to the farm. by importing our food from less economically developed countries it makes it hard to compete in our 'expensive' economies. thus farmers are encouraged to use things like growth hormone and constant injections for insurance and to maintain a profit. our economic system is like a giant prison, encouraging people to do bad things for individual freedoms. be strong, educate and resist

  • Of course, there is worse then milk. A lot of us drink soda, soda has a lot of asid that eats the inside of your stomach and can cause serious problems. And at least half of our water isn't good for you either, your tap water isn't fully purr, and neither is any other water either. The things in it can harm you as well.

  • What's a good substitute meal for cereal? (I also cannot drink soymilk because it effects male's production of testosterone and boosts estrogen production). My diet at a student is primarily cereal w/ milk. So any suggestions on quick wet food?

  • @insidexistance oatmeal is the obvious alternative.

  • This goes to show they care about money more than us. And milk is gross. I never drank it much and everyone told me to drink it alot or else i'd get sick and have weak bones? Umm why would I wanna drink white liquids from a cows utter?

  • Digest'*. Once I restricted eating a lot of Wheat and Dairy I lost loads of weight and I'm really skinny now. Dairy and wheat are mostly the cause of obesity in Western Society. I wish more people knew the full facts about how these foods affect people's health.

  • Wheat and Dairy are both bad for most people. Most humans are simply not evolved enough to digear these two food types.

  • i'm a vegan and i think milk has some really bad effects on us, but this video is inaccurate. many statements are true, but some are not, and that destroys its credibility.

  • ok this is interesting, but please post sources because this michael moore style attackumentary is sorta hard to fully believe

  • @75rgd Hi... Go to notmilk(dot)com --- There's a world of accredited information about cow's milk. Good that you want the facts! ;)
