basically how you would think youd throw it, dig ur nails as good as you can into either the seam of the ball with the holes facing the batter or put the tips of ur fingers in 3 of the holes ( pointer, middle, and ring ) wit hthe holes facing the batter release it without any wrist snapping and practice a lot
