  • Ima woman and Im doing this. Im altering a few things here and there but beleive it or not I do these right in my home office. Its perfect for me and I LOVE the workouts. Keep 'em coming Ahmad. Your the best my friend.

  • Wow.I've never seen anyone work so many body parts at one time. You're working chest,triceps, shoulders, and legs all in the same day. You're ripped though, so its definitely working for you. I hope you're eating adequate amounts of protein daily. I just started lifting about 2 months ago, and I gotta put up a video of myself. I've changed DRASTICALLY. Keep at it. Five stars on the vid.     i have good muscles and can lift alot weights but... i cant see my abs (not much) and want to loose weights! so keep going so i can get into the goal

  • I did 45 mins on the treadmill and then worked out in the yard for an hour.

  • Hi, worked out for about 1hr. and 20 mins. today at home. situps, pushups, leg workouts, kickboxing moves, squats. meal #2 after workout: 3 pieces of thinly sliced wheat bread toasted, shredded turkey, romaine lettuce, black beans, and a small portion of brown rice, blueberries, rice protein drink (definintely no martha stewart heheh). But it was food and I did eat soooo there lol

  • I did week one and 4 did some other exercises to equal 30 minutes. Walked after work bfast green smoothie

    lunch spinach salad

    Dinner raw meal.

  • Todays routine. Morning stretching and warming up for 10-15 minutes (some yoga and power stretches). 5 minutes break and straight to chest, shoulders and triceps workout. I used bodyweight exercises plus some of extra moves with dumbells - 50min total Food bawl of cornflakes with yogurt and some strawberries Afternoon 2 hours of capoeira training (effectivly hour and a half - breaks in between ect.) 1/2portion of protein and powerbar Evening Cardio 5km and other half of protein and powerbar.

  • I watched this video, Ahmad. I felt the burn just watching you. LOL I have learned to love Mr. Burns though, because i know that is when my workout is the most effective. Watching this just motivated me to really push harder today.

  • Did feel the burn for sure. Those burpees always kill me, but it is a good feeling. I am doing really good with the plank now too. I can almost do a normal push up by the way. That is huge for me, being that I have always been a total wimp, when it comes to upper body strength. I went to take a trash bag out and my husband said...it's a really heavy one...he cleaned out the fridge...i swung that bag over my shoulder like it was nothing. LOL

  • I did 45 mins of cardio this morning at 4 am for 2 miles.( my personal best)

    I had a sliced turkey on a sm wheat roll.

    2 poached eggs and toast, coffee for brkfst. This is my day 2 also

  • DAY 2: 1)3 mile jog (24'18") 2)Special forces pt2 (10 reps,3 sets) 3)15 pullups (overhanded) maxed out 4)crunches (25reps 4 sets) diet: I know this needs work but the above is me taking it easy and I get so hungry. would appreciate help on healthier filling foods. 1)3 servings of maple oatmeal (the prepackaged kind) 2)2 serving of wild rice 3)a hot sandwich on wheat bread 1 slice of cheese and 4 slices of Salomi 4)2 mini burgers 5)large serving of white rice and half a chicken 6)low fat yogurt
  • I think you need a little fat to feel full on food like that. But, instead of animal fat, try avocado. It's nutritious and has only vegetable fat. Also, try sweet potatoes for carbs. They are one of the most nutritious foods.

  • the advanced special forces workout pt2 clip...it is one of the harder workout clips...

  • Great post! I would pull out all the wheat and replace with fruits and more vegetables...also add almonds or other healthy fats as 'aretill' below stated...

    11 almonds a day helps keep the fat away:)
