Martin had a unique style and was totally into the technical showman ship back then he invented many tricks of which modern day riders do with out even thinking about it Dennis was inventor of rolling tricks he had then dialed before anyone knew how big rolling tricks would be but most important they just rode and had fun that is what is is all about anyway.
I think Martin Aporijo has plenty of talent. He is one of the guys that got me into ridding. If it was'nt for ridding evolvement we wouldn't know how to compare.
He came from that age of showmanship, not so much raw talent. All that flashy dance quality movement was cool in 85 but I'd say this was at the edge of change when it came to flatlanding. Dennis' riding was much more influential .

oh man please can I see more bmx stunts from 1988... maybe if you weren't posting random texts on you tube on subjects you have no knowledge of you could come up with something else to post besides something from 20 years ago..thankfully the 80's and bmx biking were over a long time ago so you keep it up, maybe some clips of roller derby from the 70's would be a nice next move?
@Fenton1007 I have a feeling that your chances of ever getting laid ended a long time ago, as in before you were born. Shut up you dumb piece of shit, flatland is still going strong and you have no clue what you are talking about. I doubt you could even pop a wheelie. Kind of ironic that you are posting text about something you have no knowledge of eh shithead? Go back under your rock of stupidity.
martin had a clean style, funny to see him doing those rolling tricks with that showmanship inserted, lol,I never saw him do a hang five before,ah,taylor dayne,he had the complete 80's package, but right then and there, the flatland world had changed, and the hoods were rolling in...I love how he rides out of the locomotive, classic martin, lol, with a little cancan and all, funny thing is most people thought of martin back then as an old rider, and he must have been 24,which is a young rider today...
Martin was an absolute MASTER at flatland freestyle! I've seen him ride in june '86,these are memories that stick with you. The name of the song is 'Prove your love' by Taylor Dane.

I know Martin invented the "cherry picker" but his run in this event was flat. Eddie and Dennis looked the best out of the videos I've seen.
