My son Joey was diagnosed with LCH at 6 months old. He was doing great on treatment, until this week when we found out it was growing again and back in his lungs. We NEED a cure. Our kids deserve it, and so do future generations.
My son Devan died on 6/20/08 from FHLH at the age of 16yrs old. Dr. Filipovich says we were lucky to have him that long. My daughter of 13 has the same genetic marker as do I their Mother. I am the carrier & my daughter has a 25% chance of developing FHLH. Please help find a cure. The government doesn't even help fund any of this research!! HAA was a wonderful source of information when we knew NOTHING of this at the time we needed the most information. Thanks HAA. Liz Drouault Monroe, GA
My lilttle girl was diagnosed with HLH in 2007 . She is doing good , She will be turning 5 this year.

What a great video! I was diagnosed in 1992 at age 1 1/2 years old, I am doing well and just graduated from high school.
