Funny part is, that guy is still working there. He's their head meteorologist, and his voice hasn't really changed a tall.

This is indeed from WJHL-TV 11 in the Tri-Cities of Tennessee and Virginia. The weather anchor seen here looks to be Mark Reynolds. He is still there these days.
