  • I'm working on my handstands to get just like this...nice man...belly is hot too :)

  • Honestly its just repetition and improvement of balance over time - once your strong enough to walk on your hands with ease you can practice staying in one spot with and worry more about balance than thinking about how your arms are getting tired. You need to be able to comfortably hold a handstand against a wall for about 30 seconds. Once you can do that your body has acclimated itself to holding that position and balancing will become so much easier. When I started out I could only go 6-7secs
