Those arm straps seem rather thin... I'd have to believe they'd get uncomfortable on longer rides with a mostly full pack. I don't see any internal pockets for securing small items, which limits the range of use. It would also be nice to see some contoured padding on the back. That large flat panel would rest up flush against your back and create a chronic sweating situation on hot days. Check out some of Crumpler's designs, where the padding promotes excellent back side ventilation.
