It's not moving, the camera is moving, making it seem like the object is moving because it's still, and these things aren't ghost, that you record and can't see at the time and then see it later. It kinda looks like the moon because cameras, can sometimes make the moon look like a small dot but then again it kinda doesn't look like it. I don't know.

I'm not denying that this isn't fake, I'm just saying there's a problem with the way everybody films these things: they all have bad quality, and it seems to me that u were paying too much attention to the birds - it might look like it's moving, but that's because the camera is. Besides, any normal person who's not really paying attention would probably think it to be the full moon out in the day
