As much as I love Alberta, i think its stupid that they can't just do something right and legalize gay marriage, I'm from the maritimes and you would think that if a small province like NB it legal that Alberta it would be. Hopeful one day they will change that and you will be able to get married in alberta, but for now it wants to be different from the rest of canada and stay the only province where it is not legal.
@peasfan10 Really.? The teacher in charged of GSA at my school, told us it wasn't legal yet, I just didn't look any farther into it. I thought it was weird that it wasn't but I believed what she told me. But you are from Alberta I'm sure you would know :) thanks for letting me know, you learn something new everyday right? :p

@chelshl2012 it's totally legal in alberta. it has been legal for the entire country since july 2005.
