Why does Kef still build speakers using the Uni-Q system? Everybody knows - and Kef engineers, too, believe me - that tweeters which are NOT boxed in but radiate sound in every direction - meaning: using the smallest housing possible, preferably none - will give the best sound, best 3-D rendering. That's why the RR105 sounds so great. The boxes are not bigger than they need to be. And they are very slim, especially around the high and mid speaker.
