I TRIED THIS. MY CHOPS DID NOT BROWN LIKE YOURS AND I DIDN'T HAVE PIMENTOS. THERE WAS TOO MUCH WATER, BUT IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!!!!! I will be doing this again. I will be adding 1/2 -3/4 cup water instead of 1 cup. I had four pork chops when I cooked this. It really was gooooooooooood. The ketchup adds the special touch
