You say all that as if what you're doing could not impact anyone else, but what if you were riding the bicycle, and then, when you were in mid air, a bird pooped in your eye and you freaked out and let go of the bicycle, and it flew into somebody's car? Is that covered by somebody's insurance? I don't think many people have airborne bicycle coverage. Also what if somebody panicked when they saw you and just crashed? I would worry about getting sued.
