as a previous poster pointed out, it's an exothermic sodium acetate reaction lol, they just don't show it cos you can't let dumb kids like you play wit that shit, next you'll be asking why youtube recipes for crank synthesis dont work lol
this does not make sense salt water is harder to freeze than normal water takes more time theres no point or proof there might be something else in that "salt thing"
Let me tell you what will work maybe, if you have water saturated with salt, that prevents it from frezeing in at 0 celcius, then when the water is -2c you pour some pure water into it, and it might actually freze! Becouse pure water does freze earlyer then saltwater!
ROFL you guys are idiots...... you cant tell the light shifting . as soon as he took the straw out he took the cup and put it in the freezer then put it back for a second to film then froze completely and acted like it was sitting there for 3 seconds.... just watch the way the light changes so quickly........

Is it safe to put inside beer? Kinda useful.
emmthreejonny 3 years ago
It could be regular old supercooled water, or they may have added soduim acetate.

FAKE! Just before it "freezes", the light changes so we see that it's constant filming.
