  • GTA 4 and 5 is amazing then Grand Theft Auto 1.

  • @chellyashrie

Well Grand Theft Auto 1 made GTA 4 and 5 :) because is the first GTA of All time :D

  • What about Pokémon? ANIMAL CRUELTY!!! *lol* I'm just messin'.

  • i love my terrorism simulator!

  • these games .....made my childhood awesome.....now, people are too spoiled and sensitive that these games affect us now

  • GTA san andreas was the most controversial GTA. because of the hidden sex mini game that it supposedly had where you actually see the sex scene it was even advertised on the news..

  • Grand theft Auto wasn't controversial until GTA3.

If anything, Mortal Kombat was the most controversial game people remember from the 90's.

  • If the game haters back then saw the new Mortal Kombat, they would go insain, litterally...

  • and Lethal Enforcers shouldnt be on here either. You're a cop!! You're killing bad guys! If the kids playing it turn into murderers then that's their fault

  • I would put Manhunt up there - most realistic sick violence in my books

  • @guitaroso manhunt wasnt released in the 90's

  • @Dominatorpatrick1 Touche` - my bad

  • I don't get why #3 would be a problem. You're KILLING satanic forces / nazis. Isn't that a good thing for the world?

  • I guess the biggest laugh of it all is that GTA happened because of a glich in a racing game XD

  • conker's bad fur day? That game is hilarious hahahaha

  • S.C.A.T.? Really??

  • Harvester should be number 1. It blows all the other games out of the water.

  • This shit is still happening in Australia with mortal kombat

  • This top5 sucks if Carmegeddon is not in it, by far the MOST controversial game in the 90's, how can you forget this one???

  • Where is carmageddon????

  • SCAT? Oh god...lol.

  • Lol it's funny how people overreacted on these games

  • @EmmanuelGoldstein2 its not a review. Its a top 5 video. They didn't review one thing. They just said what it was and how it was controversial

  • Still don't get how Night Trap was 'controversial.'

  • Earthbound while not violent contained many refrences to pop culture and most of it is coprighted

  • 0:16

    reminds me of Dirty Harry

  • Today, people can't take them seriously anymore. Compare to the violence and content in media right now.

It's like Beavis and Butthead, which shocked parents and watchdogs for them being bad role models and one of only adult cartoons back then, along with The Simpsons. Now we have South Park, Family Guy, and the whole Adult Swim lineup.

    Example of "Seinfeld Is Unfunny"

  • WOw, i actualy played Lethal Enforcers when i went to houston in '05. It looked pretty good, but i had already been through Target Terror, TIme Crisis and House Of The Dead. I never played GTA before GTA 3, but iwanted to always try to top view of GTA2. i tried the demo though. Me and my bro played video games with our neighbors and i saw when one of the fighters in Mortal Kombat pulled out the chick fighter's skeleton and i felt like someone pulled out my ghost! MK was referened in Fresh Prince

  • where the fuck is Duke Nukem 3D?

  • thumbs up if you were brought here by an amon amarth interview o3o

  • Lol I remember my mom wouldn't let me play the game Quake or Quake II when I was younger because she thought I would get demon possessed and she got pissed when she caught me playing it once xD ahhh the good ol' days. Now I'll be playing Grand Theft Auto 4 killing civilians and she's like "Take that guy's money you forgot to pick up the money!" Oh the irony.

  • GTA rape? the maker of this vid needs to get his facts straight lol

  • Only the republicans make a big deal about what the poor have, as entertainment.

  • @Zamudiokid Actually, if you took the time to know facts, you'd know that the two prominent lawmakers that had issue with violence in video games were Senator Joe Lieberman and Representative Joe Baca...........both democrats. Hmmm....

  • @johnelitist hmmm is right. I wonder which group of "friends" they hang out with the most. Politics is like pro wrestling, on tv they look like they are enemies, behind the curtain they are having dinner together and cutting deals. They all put their profits first and the country dead last, because they work together.

  • mortal kombat is not a beat 'em up, it's a fighting game

  • I don't remember rape in GTA, sounds like a mistake at best, an outright lie at worst

  • these games are at most PG13 today...

  • S.C.A.T Is the public transportation in my Area stands for Sarasota county Area Transport

  • @supercatmanboy cool and they're perverted Tactical guys who watch girls at slumber parties. THe ony thing the MBTA is good for is accidents and costly fuck ups. Seriosuly, some uglyass trolley conductor crashed into another trolley cuz he was texting his "girlfriend." Why do people do stupid things?

  • wait, when was there rape in gta? i dont remember ever seeing that

  • lol 2:34 S.C.A.T.

  • God bless game creators!

  • just finished beating Dead Space 2. Had to kill alot of 13, 7 and 1 yr old kid zombie things. Use baby skulls as projectiles an such lol. Makes these games look like checkers

  • Making a video without even saying the name Carmageddon is blasphemy, it is still forbidden in some country's!

  • LOL, these are soooo lame in comparison to what's out there now.

  • What What about the original Postal? and Thrill Kill?

  • Yeah I hear EA are releasing a first person paedophile simulator, including rape and child abuse.

  • I played just about all these when I was about 5. i loved mortal kombat and wolfenstein, but GTA was my favourite. I remember getting gta SA when I was 7, that game was amazing...I couldn't talk then...

  • I had Doom and Heretic LOOL which looks like the same

  • wow... these are like the grand dads of their respective genres

  • What about Carmageddon!?

  • Remember those days? You know, when Doom was considered "realistic violence"?

    Lol.

    Great game nonetheless.

  • DUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Man i remember playing all these games back when they first came out when i was like 4 or 5

  • well when i was 7 years old, i played doom, wolfenstein, mortal kombat 1,2, 3, and of course Duke Nukem: total meltdown for the psx and i have never had the will to kill someone.

  • @elfirebrand wait my friend......wait.... :)

  • sweet

  • THANK U ALOT Mortal Kombat.. now we have ESRB to make sure that kids don't get psycho while playing violence games ...

Oh wait a second.. what was I saying?
